This franchise is terrible. Have tried to get by many "issues" over several years but I have given up!!! One day I made a counter pick up order on the app and found the doors locked and was ORDERED to go to drive thru. 10 cars deep, REALLY? I live close and I will go anywhere else if I have a Mac attack!!!

filled my soda half way and when I said something made believe they didn't speak English and ignored me. fries were stale , tasted like they were from this morning. terrible service and food. never going back! gross

Why is the shake machine not working ? I have stopped by there after work three times in the past few weeks the machine has been mysteriously out of order after 8pm. Hymmm Could it be that they are shutting it off early to clean up before closing. I will stop at the Hicksville or Syosset location from now on .
