If I could Give this place no stars I WOULDI have been a resident of oyster bay for over 14 years and today I received my order which I paid $25 plus a tip.After putting the order on my plate and eating for a minute I discovered hair in my food.I called the restaurant and spoke to the woman who always answers the phone and was asked several times which meal was it in the rice or the lo mein. I said I do not know as the food was mixed together on a plate.I already know this hair is not mine as the texture and look was different. I was Then spoken to so disrespectfully and disgustingly by another member of staff who basically cursed me out on the phone.All as a result of me wanting a refund for not being able to eat the food I paid for due to it being inedible.

This place is No good..Almost every time we order they forget something and don’t want to drive back to bring it. Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken and they don’t bring the Sweet and Sour sauce. Then had the rocks to tell me to pick it up::Terrible attitude always..Food isn’t that good anyhow… Go Elsewhere…

Ordered here on two separate occasions — within a month of each-other. Food was inedible on both. Dumplings were full of a white-pasty curd and the chicken was mostly tendon and chewy spare parts. New ownership or cooks — either way, absolutely disgusting. Sorry to see this place slip, was excellent for many years.

Worst Chinese food we ever ate. And worst women at phone and register who boasted of her 20 plus years there without customer complaints. Guess she never read Stew Leonard's two rules. She didn't want to and did NOT refund our two dinners. Accused us of haven eaten one. No, missy. We didn't eat the one that was missing more food. The disgusting tasting MISSING fatty beef went right into our garbage. Wouldn't even give it to out sweet dog. Mid China and that woman are both lacking in good taste. Shame on Them. Gave it a star to make a point of posting a terrible rating rather than to leave it blank as if I neglected to rate it. Awful x 5 Seriously think I'm still dealing with food poisoning from that place.
