We were doing some touristy stuff and stopped in to check out Oyster Bay Brewing! It's similar to a lot of other smaller breweries. The server did a great job considering she was holding down the whole place by herself.

They have tastings available if you wanted to sample a few before purchasing. We found a couple that we really liked. They did have a few different types of wine for non-bear drinkers too.

We did have one of their hot pretzels, which I will admit was really good. I guess they're made locally and they have a special heating machine hidden behind the bar. It was something that definitely hit the spot.

You can also donate & sign shells that are hung up on the wall to help restock Oyster Bay.

Never been so embarrassed. Brought in friends from out of town because they love trying new beers. We were greeted with a “oh that’s a lot of people are you one group?”. In just such a unwelcoming tone. Guess the two people in there plus our group of 10 was just going to be too much for her…. Topped off by not having Ice, not having or being out of multiple things that are on the drink menu on a Friday afternoon I find it hard to believe….glad we left and found a friendlier and better equipped place. Maybe that’s what she was looking for us to do. Just such a disappointment.

I came here on a Friday night from the LIRR and it's close-by to the train. They let you bring in food so I came with some takeout from Bully Bar. They have a few different beers on tap and so I grabbed a flight. They also have mead on tap, which was very good. Overall a cool place to visit.

Love Oyster Bay Brewery always stop in for a beer or 2 or 3 lol. My favorite is the Oktoberfest there is a nice outside area in the front very relaxing Monday -Thursday 1pm to 6pm half price great on Tuesday's during the car meet the band sets up right across the street bartenders are friendly and helpful with recommendations. If you visit Oyster Bay and drink beer and don't visit Oyster Bay Brewery your missing out.

Yesterday was my first experience at Oyster bay brewery and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The beer was excellent, the atmosphere was very friendly. There were lots of games to play such as darts, a pool table, shuffle board and much more, and a young lady working behind the bar named Gianna she answered any questions we needed and provided us with great service. They don’t have much food, but allow outside food as well which is definitely a plus, I will definitely be returning!

Beer was pretty good, and there were a lot of games to play to entertain you. The biggest problem was that the employee working while we were there never got off her phone the entire time. She would put it down to poor a beer but then immediately pick it back up and never check on any of the customers in the establishment.

Friendly service, nice enough looking brewery. Didn't have the food but the pretzel looked and smelled great.Tried the sample of five beers and were pretty disappointed, they did not taste like what the description said at all:Honey Ale - no sweetness, thin.Barn Rocker - bland but most drinkable for one of us.IPA - my favorite but in a not-bad kind of way.American Lager - very bland and thin.Irish Stout - unpleasant burned coffee flavor. Why four stars? Well, people were there enjoying the beers. Maybe our palates were just a little off?I like supporting local businesses so come and judge for yourself. I, unfortunately, will not be going back.

Extremely rude bartender, seemed annoyed we were there. Firstly they weren’t busy at all, had 2 other people sitting at the bar drinking a few beers. We had a Groupon for 4 pints and 2 10in pizzas for myself and my husband so we figured me and him would have 2 pints each and our friend had a Groupon for a flight for one person. My teenage daughter came with us to enjoy some pizza and after we showed the bartender our Groupons he asked my friend, my husband and my daughter for their IDs but not myself. Mind you I’m only 37 years old and normally when someone asks for IDs they don’t exclude one person they check them all. I said to the guy that she was my daughter and she was not drinking, since breweries are normally family friendly she tends to come with us to enjoy food and play games quite often. The beers were not good, we are IPA drinkers and the Summer IPA was disgusting and hard to drink. We got 2 pizza with our Groupon so we ordered a pepperoni and a buffalo chicken. They were frozen pizzas which is fine but the bartender said they only had one small countertop oven and it would take 10 mins for the buffalo chicken pizza and 22 mins for the cheese….again they are frozen cooked pizzas that you just reheat. First pizza came out okay, 2nd pizza was completely burnt and the bartender said “sorry I forgot about the pizza in the oven” and served us a burnt pizza and never offered to remake a new one from his own mistake. Worst brewery we’ve ever been to, don’t waste your time or your money here.

Honestly, the worst experience I have had in Long Island. The person behind the bar started off by singling out who in the group needs to take out their license to be carded. Quite offensive, my friend was singled out as the only one that did not need to be carded out of the group. We are all within the same age group. Then, we got the beers. I did a Groupon for a flight and the beers were all not good. This was disappointing in itself to try to swallow this beer. The stout, the porter, the “Berliner”, the summer peach, the honey ale. Did not taste good at all! Then came the pizza. We got two pizzas, a pepperoni and Buffalo chicken. The pepperoni was tolerable to eat but honestly a frozen Celeste pizza would’ve been better. Definitely not New York pizza or anything remotely close. The picture attached is of the Buffalo chicken pizza. Charred so bad. I guess the bartender got distracted by the only two other people in the entire business and forgot about the pizza. Instead of offering to make another one, the bartender cut it, struggling to get thru how burnt the pizza was, and handed it to my friend. All together, one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a brewery. Needless to say, even if you have a Groupon or discount, it’s not worth it!!! Please steer clear of this disappointment! ?

Cute spot with in house drinks. They have a few games to play if you enjoy that. Drinks are good and service was alright.
