Fun spot, all the beers are good, plus I like BYOF

It used to be a lot better. The quality of the beer we had was just ok but it wasn't very cold. Maybe some people wouldn't mind that but I prefer cold beer. They put in a pool table which adds a fun element. We went on a weeknight so there weren't many people there. Would give it another chance on a weekend.

I've been a few times but the beer never blows me away. It doesn't even leave me wanting a 2nd one. I tried the hazy IPA and it tasted like liquefied air freshener. A strong, delightful fruit-forward flavor with an unfortunate verrry strong pine aftertaste that made it resemblant of a carbonated tea that soaked up a pine tree air freshener.

Arrived at 5pm on Memorial Day and immediately was told “We’re closing at 6!” Hello to you, too!
Then the same nasty bartenderess charges me $24 for 2 beers (Summer and Honey). I gasped.
Later the man near us walked out and said “thanks for buying me my Honey Wine”.
We were like “Huh????” He said the bartenderess said “oh the two girls near you paid for yours” when he tried to pay!

What an excellent brewery - full of space and such a friendly environment.
Top notch service!
Try some flights to get the full experience.
Bar Rocker - official beer of the Islanders - Long Island string!

An ok brewery in the area. Beer selection was decent. Space was pretty big with games to play and enough space to find seating. Service was not great. Also, the QR code for the food does not mention that the food place is closed on Mondays. Put in an order and had no idea it was closed until I went to ask and the guy said oh yeah, it’s closed on Monday, we probably won’t get you that back. I think they should at least have some kind of signage when you open the QR code or around the seating area to warn you that it’s closed Mondays. Had to dispute it on my credit card. Plenty of parking in the back.

We were doing some touristy stuff and stopped in to check out Oyster Bay Brewing! It's similar to a lot of other smaller breweries. The server did a great job considering she was holding down the whole place by herself.

They have tastings available if you wanted to sample a few before purchasing. We found a couple that we really liked. They did have a few different types of wine for non-bear drinkers too.

We did have one of their hot pretzels, which I will admit was really good. I guess they're made locally and they have a special heating machine hidden behind the bar. It was something that definitely hit the spot.

You can also donate & sign shells that are hung up on the wall to help restock Oyster Bay.

Never been so embarrassed. Brought in friends from out of town because they love trying new beers. We were greeted with a “oh that’s a lot of people are you one group?”. In just such a unwelcoming tone. Guess the two people in there plus our group of 10 was just going to be too much for her…. Topped off by not having Ice, not having or being out of multiple things that are on the drink menu on a Friday afternoon I find it hard to believe….glad we left and found a friendlier and better equipped place. Maybe that’s what she was looking for us to do. Just such a disappointment.

I came here on a Friday night from the LIRR and it's close-by to the train. They let you bring in food so I came with some takeout from Bully Bar. They have a few different beers on tap and so I grabbed a flight. They also have mead on tap, which was very good. Overall a cool place to visit.

If you visit Oyster Bay and drink beer and don't visit Oyster Bay Brewery your missing out.

Yesterday was my first experience at Oyster bay brewery and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The beer was excellent, the atmosphere was very friendly. There were lots of games to play such as darts, a pool table, shuffle board and much more, and a young lady working behind the bar named Gianna she answered any questions we needed and provided us with great service. They don’t have much food, but allow outside food as well which is definitely a plus, I will definitely be returning!

Beer was pretty good, and there were a lot of games to play to entertain you. The biggest problem was that the employee working while we were there never got off her phone the entire time. She would put it down to poor a beer but then immediately pick it back up and never check on any of the customers in the establishment.

Friendly service, nice enough looking brewery. Didn't have the food but the pretzel looked and smelled great.Tried the sample of five beers and were pretty disappointed, they did not taste like what the description said at all:Honey Ale - no sweetness, thin.Barn Rocker - bland but most drinkable for one of us.IPA - my favorite but in a not-bad kind of way.American Lager - very bland and thin.Irish Stout - unpleasant burned coffee flavor. Why four stars? Well, people were there enjoying the beers. Maybe our palates were just a little off?I like supporting local businesses so come and judge for yourself. I, unfortunately, will not be going back.
