Im never a complainer but honestly this time I’m very disappointed. Awful experience, zero sense of urgency and terrible service.I Waited for 15 mins, and the place is not even busy, after having placed my order, the same guy completely forgot i placed an order, and tells me that he could take my order.He comes out, gives me the wrong size, goes to the back and came back with a large only for it to be warm and watered down. Never coming back here.

Love their açaí bowls and their smoothies. I get their pitaya bowl and their açaí bowls I didn't really love the spirulina smoothie their waffles are also delicious

I’ve ordered lunch here for a client and she loves the açaí bowls! I’ve had the waffle which was soft and fluffy. Wish they carried a coconut free granola (for the allergy friends). Add the cookie butter topping (if you haven’t tried it already) I’m hooked!

Fresh product all the time and great customer service every time I step in the store... Ownership and staff are friendly and accomodating from top to bottom. Would recommend to 10/10.

The bowl was barely filled to the top, there was a total of 6 blueberries on top. I’m very disappointed in the ratio, I remember these bowls being jam packed not too long ago. For 12 dollars I’m better off buying the frozen ones there’s more fruit in them.
$14 for a large smoothie with Whey…. If it was $7-$9 I might come get one once in a while.But $14…. That’s enough to force most to skip it or grab $10 of stuff for the store for 10 smoothies yourself. Just go to IT bagel for lunch. I’d spend $30 for a smoothie and açaí bowl lol.

i went in there today for a regular acai with nutella and the acai was frozen with ice chips. wayyyy too much granola and barely any acai… must’ve been a new worker. but honestly really bad. it’s very simple to not mess up an acai bowl…
