Food was amazing as always. Started with the Burrata and the shrimp/calamari. Split the bucatini and veal stuffed angelotti. Deconstructed cannoli is fabulous. The only negative is we were not aware about the 1.5 hr table limit which was strictly enforced. Will definitely be back but will take a later reservation the next time.

Where do I begin... everything was absolutely phenomenal. The drinks (espresso martini), the ricotta pizza, the calamari, the braised short rib and the handmade pasta were to die for. Everything blew us away. Thank you stellina for making our date night one of the best!

Stellina is very lovely, the staff is attentive and enthusiastic and the menu was much more varied than I expected. There were however a few issues: My wife's entree of squid ink pasta with lobster was very disappointing. The pasta was very gummy, the lobster was very small and should not be served in the shell. It was very difficult to get out and made a bit of a mess. This is a very lovely dining experience so the tail shell should be removed prior to serving, particularly since it was a $50 pasta entree. In fairness, my dish of bucatini with seafood was outstanding. My only recommendation is that all shells should be off the shrimp before serving. It just makes things messy to remove them. Prices of both entrees were high so these extra niceties would be appreciated. Our appetizer of shrimp and calamari was also excellent. Although a bit pricey, i would recommend Stellina and will be happy to go there again.

The food at Stellina is outstanding in all respects. You must try the strozzapetti, veal parm, smoked burrata and the octopus. All standouts. NYC quality on Long Island. Desserts were creative and incredibly delicious - try the ice cream with truffles shaved on top! Weird in the best possible way. Totally recommend.

The burrata and zucchini flowers were both delicious appetizers. The pasta dishes (we had 4) were excellent as well. The portions were a bit on the small side, especially for the price! Sadly , this restaurant will be reserved for special occasions only!

We've always had terrific meals here until tonight. If this was just a local place with corresponding prices, it would be acceptable. Not here. The Strozzapretti al Fume had little smoked pancetta taste. . The Pizza al Tartufo had no truffle taste at all. The Fritto Misto was pretty good but not nearly good enough for $39. Very, very disappointing

We have been to this restaurant several times but the last time, the experience of this restaurant was terrible and shocking. We ordered appetizers, drinks and dinner, while in the middle of the desserts and drinks, we are asked to leave, since it was more than 1.5 hours. More importantly, the way we were asked to leave, was very rude and unprofessional.The only explanation I could think , the management is racist and treat people differently. I not only won't go to this restaurant anymore, I won't recommend this place in my circle and no more office & party take outs.

One of the most charming intimate restaurants I've been to in a very long time. From the moment you walked in until the time you left, the individualized attention you received made you feel like you were the only people there. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. An amazing jewel in Oyster Bay. Highly recommend!
This restaurant impresses me every time!! quality, consistency and the Service is amazing! Food is spectacular! Nobody on Long Island does Italian this good! Please open out east!!! Yum!

There is no hostess (or at least not the night we visited), so we were greeted by one of the servers. Not a problem at all except she seemed unsure of where to seat us. This was strange (and rather unwelcoming), especially since we made a reservation weeks in advane, confirmed the reservation twice and arrived ontime. The diningroom is small with no bar. We felt our table may have been taken by regulars and so they were now juggling to find us a spot. honestly it was a bit disapointing since we were trying Stellina's for the first time and it was for a birthday celebration. After a few minutes, they did find us a satisfactory table and from that point, the service was attentive and the food was very good. All in, we had a very nice night and would definately go back.

My wife and I had a bad experience at Stellina this evening. We had an early reservation on a weeknight. This is not the first time to this restaurant but have been multiple times to this place but tonight experience was horrible and embarrassing. The food was ok, the hostess was rude and kept helping clear the table. Then, she rudely asked us to leave so they could have the table (before the 1.5 hours, but people before us were allowed to remain sit there). Even the GM of the restaurant realized their mistake and wanted to compensate but we were not looking for free meals, this is a matter of principle ad ethics. Sorry Stellina, you lost a loyal customer and others be aware as well!

Two weeks before dining here, we happened to be in one of the most expensive restaurants in Manhattan. (You definitely would know its name.) Upon receiving the check for this quite fine meal, I was a little in shock. I was wondering whether this was just for the appetizers? No, it wasn't quite as good as that expensive one, but I don't need to go back to that one at this point. The total bill for five of us was less than the bill at that expensive restaurant for one person. Excellent dining experience. Next time, I‘ll be ready for just a moderately expensive bill, not an exorbitantly expensive one.  No, it wasn't quite as good as that expensive one, but I don't need to go back to that one at this point.
