Only three tables, place was obviously understaffed but the manager kept walking by and ignoring us. Three tables isn’t busy. Music was painfully loud, conversation was only possible by yelling. The food tastes like restaurant depot food… not bad but nothing special. Beer selection is absolutely basic.

Came here for lunch after a holiday concert at Coe Hall , Planting Fields. Wanted to keep the nostalgic vibe going so what better place to go than one named after our 26th president. What a disappointment. The clam chowder was watery and tasted fresh from the can. The Ruben, dry and unappealing- couldn't finish it. The one item on the menu that was good were the raw oysters. I guess there's one thing you can still rely on in Oyster bay.

Great ambiance! Service was quick. We tried the pretzel and beer cheese and the cheese was unfortunately super watery. Besides that, I will definitely be coming back for another meal!

I visited this place on Halloween. The music has been fantastic this night . A lot of people. The food was fine and drink really well. The bartender has good taste ,bur problems with math. I can understand. It's been a lot more people than night . So, in general, great time.

We come here every Oyster Fest. A gentleman I believe to be the owner was able to accommodate my mother and her dietary needs. The food was delicious and the service was top notch.
Teddy's has great food, good prices, and an excellent staff. It's right downtown in Oyster Bay, and connects well with the history of the town. So why only three stars? Two critical flaws. First, it's pretty bright, and that detracts from the ambiance, especially in the evenings. Second, they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and other times: and the bands are quite good. What's wrong with good live music? Nothing! I'm a musician and my bands have frequently played in similar spaces. But...The music is so critically loud that you can't have a conversation. I've seen staff leave the place when they get a phone call. The bartenders can't hear you. This isn't a metal concert, it's a family restaurant, and until and unless they get their act together I won't be returning.
We stopped in for drinks and everything was great! Terrific place to eat (which we've done in the past) or to stop in for drinks.

First time visiting the area. The food and service did not disappoint! I got the lemon chicken and it was so good I left nothing on the plate! Stop by here if you want great food, and live music on the weekends. I will definitely be back!

Bison burger was perfect. Their homemade bbq sauce is delicious. Kids meals $10 - great quality & portions - specifically mac & cheese (comes w/fries) & chicken tenders/fries. Service was top notch. Restaurant/bathrooms were clean. Have some complimentary popcorn while you wait. Brunch menu on Sundays.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu

My first visit to the Bar/Restaurant was after a tour at Planting Field's Arboretum with the LIAA Arborists. I found it a very good place to sit, talk & eat with friends plus Tuesday nites in Oyster Bay has a Car show too. Right outside the bar.
Great place, good Food and great Beers....
