We ordered food thru Uber eats. The chicken pot pies were disappointingly different. The crust used to be flaky and puffy; now they're doughy, flat, thin and hard at the ends like cardboard. The filling in the pie is not filled up like it used to be; now it seems to be half filled. I don't know what Boston Market is doing or why they're changing recipes but they have lost my business. Not what it used to be; not worth the money.

I paid 47.50 for a regular meatloaf plate, a half chicken plate, 1 small side, and 1 large side. The fact that this cost so much is absurd. But what makes it worse is the food! The sweet potatoes were sour, the chicken was PINK!, the Mac n cheese was tasteless and they used penne noodles instead of traditional rotini, the rice I swear was Uncle Ben's, and the mash smelled funny. HOW DARE YOU charge these prices and serve such trash. The owner of this place should be revoked of their franchise. The 5 star reviews are from YEARS ago, don't let that fool you. This place deserves zero stars. I'm done with boston market.

stay away, they are thieves, they stole my gift card money twice, over $60, claimed they couldn't refund, called corporate which never answered, stopped going 2 years ago when it happened. The food changed anyhow, it tastes like frozen, not fresh

I know Boston Market is having a severe financial problem, with not paying rent and so many of their locations closed in early 2024 by the U.S. Marshals for non-payment of rent and suppliers. So, I was surprised to see this location on Atlantic Avenue open and thought I would quickly stop in. Unfortunately, it is a place desperately on the edge of being part of the trend. As the sign states on the front door, as well as the service telling you before you order, they only now accept cash, no credit cards or debit cards, for over two weeks. It was noon on a work day. The place was completely empty. I ordered a turkey carver sandwich, which cost $11.99 (with tax almost $14.00) when I got back to work to eat, it was basically a mayo, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. After 3 bites I finally tasted a piece of turkey. I opened the sandwich to find one slice of turkey. You would think with a customer, probably the only one for the hour, you could give me more than 1 piece of turkey for $14.00. Well, needless to say, this is the last visit for me, and probably soon for everyone else Very bad mistake by an owner and manager of this franchise location, one of the remaining ones, trying to remain open while turning off those who were loyal customers helping you to stay open against the frachise's odds.

I am writing because this is not the first nor the second time that this has happened now the food tastes like old pure vinegar the poultry chicken is fresh a chicken soup that tastes like pure vinegar the food does not smell good... the truth is they have to be more careful because it can make someone sick if they continue giving old and stale food.

The price of 12 dollars for three spoons of vegetables is really expensive.

I looked forward to a great meal, as I had gotten from this location before. Sadly, this visit was very disappointing. The food lacked the Boston Market flavor. The the chicken was not dry, but lacked that rotisserie taste. The mash potatoes was o.k. and the cream spinach was bland, and watery. I paid $26.00 for 2 dinners and in today's economy, to eat out is a luxury.I cannot imagine what went wrong with these items, but I hope the owner will pay closer attention and tast the food before it comes out for the customer to purchase. Will have to find another location to buy from.

Always great tasting food and awesome customer service, even when they're busy. My favorite is the chicken & rib combo with sides. ?. Also, make sure you grab extra corn bread to go. They are yummy ?.

Used to look forward to their rotisserie chicken and sides. Now I could only recommend the rotisserie as a treat for my dogs. Food quality has gone down dramatically over the years. Mabe due to the pandemic.

The staff is courteous and hardworking. However I don't understand why the food went downhill particularly the chicken. Why is it sooooo dry??? It seems like this one and the branches in forest hills and Ridgewood have chicken drier than the Sahara desert. Why is the chicken sooooo dry? What were they doing. 3 or 4 years ago that they are not doing today ???? At one time the chicken was so great and moist...not anymore
