I saw the lady pick up bacon from the ground with the same gloves she picked up a tub of bacon for food consumption and move it to another. It happened at 0709 if management wants to see.
Came in the morning lady in cashier couldn’t serve me because I didn’t have change. How do you not have change and this is a busy location

god their lattes and their drinks are so poorly made, they are very bitter and disgusting, i had brought a cookie from subways next door and they told me i could not eat that in here, so j am very baffled and appalled by this location. Very bad vibes and quality of food. yuck

I understand there are 2 nearby schools.. However I shouldn't have to ask for napkins & straws! Tables are usually dirty like their floors..

I've come to this dunkin a couples times and they have made my order incorrectly which is why I stopped coming however, I was in a rush and decided to order from this location, I ordered the fully loaded hashbrowns with NO BACON. Simple order, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as making coffee is easy to mess up since individuals have certain preferences as to how they'd like their coffee. As a Muslim, I strictly do not eat bacon at all. My little sister went in to pick up the order and the young bengali boy that worked there handed her the order. She came back to my vehicle and this is when we noticed their was bacon on the hashbrowns. I then went into the store, as soon as I enter all you hear is giggling from the man and young women working there. While waiting for their attention all you hear is their innopropriate discussion and flirtation which explains why they are messing up everyone's orders. As soon as I gave the male the receipt, his female co worker giggled and said "he knows the mistake he made" she did not even look at the receipt. This clearly indicates that he made the order and realized the error he made and decided to still send out this order. When my little sister came in he handed her the order. It is clear that my sister is Muslim as she wears a head scarf. So I ask where was the moral compass in this situation? This issue needs to be addressed and staff members need to be held accountable for their negligence.
Waste of money if you’re getting their cold foam. Starbucks cold foam is thicker and better

Inflated prices... they have the nerve to charge $1.00 for requesting NO ICE in cold beverages which goes to show you their practice is to water down the drink and I have on more than one occasion seen a vagrant who stand outside begging for money as he opens the door for patrons urinate in front of the place.
