New looking, really clean Dunkin. Very busy with an ample, engaged staff. No texting behind this counter. Coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. Pick up counter is busy, and fast. Ample seating. Like an old time coffee shop, you can nurse a cup of coffee with no one to rush you out.

Service is faster than other DD locations in area. They always get to the order right. Only thing I have an issue with, which is really not a DD quality issue, is parking is hard to come by if you go once the other stores in the shipping center open.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has disgusting customer service I went in there on Saturday, December 2 and there was this one little Indian kid speaking to me like I was a piece of garbage but yet he got a piece of my mind I don’t know who he thought he was but he wasn’t talking to me like the way he wanted to disgusting customer service I will never go in there again .I’mCalling the corporate let’s see what customer service he has now .

Nice Dunkin, not cramped, plenty of seating available. Service (I used their App) was quick, accurate and friendly. Clean place. When you sit there, however, the floor sometimes shakes. I do not know why. So I sit in my car. Which is sometimes not too close because the parking lot is pretty small and very crowded, which makes parking very problematic.Parking: Cramped, crowded parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It’s Dunkin. They love kids.

They really dropped the ball this time. I went in this morning around 10:40 ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese on a plain bagel. A bagel with just bacon and butter. A bacon and Egg Croissant. No other customers in store. They rung it up right but I got home and they completely made the wrong things. A bagel with extra cream cheese and cheese croissant. How do you mess that up? Completely wrong. Also parking is garbage. The parking lot is always difficult to get in and out. Sad
I ordered a croissant with strawberry cream cheese and a vanilla bean coolotta. Both are very tasty and this Dunkin is a great place to relax in the summer. I like to sit by the window and watch the cars go by on the Conduit.

My favorite Dunkin . They always make my bacon extra crispy and they always put extra love into my sweet pepper bacon sandwich on a croissant their donuts are always the freshest especially the strawberry donut you can taste the real fruit on the icing the donuts are soft as cake . Real great service and food
