I ordered during a busy morning, so I didn’t mind the wait. However. The staff was quick to make drinks and food but didn’t have any order or structure for sending them out. My order was ready but no one called out any names or number. The older and bitter staff completely ignored customer requests. The lady that completed my order just left the bag with all my food in their area until it got cold. Didn’t bother calling out my name or number. Then a completely different worker finally saw it and decided it was time to call out my number.
I worked in fast food, my old manager would’ve been appalled at what I saw. Side note, the whole morning crew was Indian.

I went in to grab my online order they made me wait over 20 minutes and were clueless about where my drink went and they wouldn't even speak to me properly and were super rude then they make me a wrong drink after 30 minutes by far the worst service I have ever experienced at dunkin never even coming back and the older lady and the young guy were blabbing about me in a different language all along totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Employed talked negative with native language. I asked for Cube of ice, one of the girl( Mitu) get upset, and with attitude, because why I didn’t asked first. Monday they forgot to make my second coffee.. when I went to get my coffee manager (Eti Chowdhury) with native language attitude. And talk shit. Which is I understand

The workers are rude and they gave me my order missing half of the items. Attitudes stink and I would avoid this place in particular....oh the parking is horrible and the seats are limited to a grand total of 7.....

There is a older man that is there in the late afternoon/closing that always gets my order wrong. I watched him pump more than six caramel into my drink when it said three on my order. He knows he messed up too, he remade my lattee but he only added milk and the coffee , there was no lattee. It’s not my first visit with him there and I noticed he caters to a certain demographic of people. I only like to go when the ladies are there in the morning.
My friends and coworkers know i live on dunkin lol, only other coffee beside dunkin that I like is blue bottle coffee, make sure you know your sugar level because the drinks can be super sweet if you go of the recommended amounts
