Bad costumes service every time I go in there they have an attitude problem always messing my order up when I tell them to fix it they're mad more then me especially the manager so rude and don't have a smile on her face.

The workers are rude and they gave me my order missing half of the items. Attitudes stink and I would avoid this place in particular....oh the parking is horrible and the seats are limited to a grand total of 7.....

There is a older man that is there in the late afternoon/closing that always gets my order wrong. I watched him pump more than six caramel into my drink when it said three on my order. He knows he messed up too, he remade my lattee but he only added milk and the coffee , there was no lattee. It’s not my first visit with him there and I noticed he caters to a certain demographic of people. I only like to go when the ladies are there in the morning.

My friends and coworkers know i live on dunkin lol, only other coffee beside dunkin that I like is blue bottle coffee, make sure you know your sugar level because the drinks can be super sweet if you go of the recommended amounts

Sometimes the employees that prepare the food get messed up.
I went to this Dunkin today & I placed order online 1 medium iced coffee & 1 hashbrown. I requested the worker there to put extra extra ice on my coffee. But when they gave my coffee it was watery I’ve attached pictures here the man who is down he made my coffee I then said it does look like there extra ice I then said if you don’t mind can you please put the same coffee on a large cup with extra ice I don’t need extra coffee he said you have to pay $2.50 for the cup I goes why? This is too much he then took my coffee I said $2.50 it’s illegal it’s not the rules he then said up to you & was really rude and talk shit about me with the other man he’s from my country so I understand the language! I don’t understand how these man are working here no manor doesn’t know how to talk to a customer full on attitude. Like how can you tell me I have to pay for a large cup $2.50 I bet no Dunkin have this rules or anything! I want the owner to see this because I know the manager r the same like these workers they don’t care

They gave me a half empty Latte (half the cup was foam). I asked them to remake it and they gave me another one exactly the same. I order Dunkin lattes all the time, and that’s a pretty basic drink so they should know it’s not half foam
