So disappointed in the service. Ordered pickup by accident, called immediatly and 4 times after to have it delivered told me a manager would call me. No manager, borrowed car to get cold food, and told there was no manager. 10 yrs I've patronized this business, never afain

Don’t waste your money. They skimp on protein and the food is flavorless. Ordered Mongolian beef, got 1 pound of rice, 1 pound of cooked onions, and a few small, shriveled up pieces of beef. There was literally 3x more onions than beef. All you could taste was onion and black pepper. This is the first food review I’ve ever left. Normally I would just take the loss and not order again, but I sincerely feel ripped off and don’t want you to be too. Just look at the picture. Pathetic

I love this place. I order from here once a week and the food is delicious. The delivery guy is one of the coolest delivery guys I've ever come across. I would recommend the boneless spare ribs with special fried rice (pork, chicken, and shrimp in it) if you want to try something new. It cost a little more but definitely worth it.

Food is pretty consistently good. Not a fan of the Thai wings. They aren’t anything like official Thai wings. Their Thai veggie dish is good but they always forget to put the tofu in it even when that’s what their menu says.

I ordered from Jade Garden through the beyond menu website. My order was put in at 6:52pm with an ETA of 7:23pm. By the time it was 7:51pm I called to check on my order, they said the driver already left. 8:30pm rolls around & I still did not get my food so I called again. They tell me the driver already left & that he had other deliveries. Ilive a 2min drive or 9min walk from this restaurant. How many freaking orders do you have in the area that my food didnt arrive til 8:40pm? Almost 2 damn hours I waited while my household was hungry. Absolutely ridiculous.
