if i could give this place zero stars i would. the person who picked up the phone refused to let me talk to a manager. super disrespectful and hung up on me when i said i don’t want to speak to you but a manager . the customer service here is a joke.

Smoothies are great, But the atmosphere in there is very tense between customers and employees, the employees are very unwelcoming , a little intimidating to talk to actually, the way they just stare you down from walking in the store (no hello, or anything) they make you feel like you’re ruining they’re day just by ordering ……Next complaint is , WEAR GLOVES AND DONT GO TOUCHING EVERYTHING AND EVERY SURFACE ,PHONE, then touching your raw fruit and veggies with the same dirty gloves? What’s the point of wearing?How is that sanitary? TEACH THEM proper glove protocol.No way the owner doesn’t know how they’re staff are , keep it up and a lot of people will go elsewhere, I won’t I believe in second chances let’s see if they improve ! Smoothies are very great btw.It also sucks when great business ideas like this juice store is ruined from careless , unwelcoming employees.

My first time visiting this juice spot and I was first impressed with the clean, welcoming atmosphere. The menu is clearly displayed and described each component of a drink. I had the gang of greens which was delicious. I also had a ‘flu shot’ which was exactly like i expected it to me. My husband had the pro team smoothie and that was also pretty delicious. I would recommend this spot to anyone who would want to try clean, delicious eating. I will definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family. Sending all my gym friends here from now since I saw there is a sign that says $5 happy hour smoothies everyday in the afternoons.

The stars would have increased if I got my order. But what type of place doesn't take Credit card or debit card. I was greated gracefully by the cashier which was one star, and wanted a so Brooklyn so badly because the menu look great and place was clean, that's another star.I left my job so I can try this place, but when I wiped out my card, the cashier told me cash app, Venmo or zelle. This seems unprofessional for a retail setting as a payment method. This all happened last week.Bummer. ?. But it was not all a waste of time, Idiscovered a tea mania place near by.Update.The owner Ben told me to to let the juice tech know that the drink is in him and I did, this place is amazing and great and the drink was too. Chris took good care of the drink I ordered and I am happy that I gave this place a second chance, good job Juice 101. I will be back for great healthy choices. Thanks Ben and Chris.

I came here semi-regularly pre-pandemic and I have to say that the juices and smoothies were delicious! I mainly came here for smoothies because they were thick. I hate a thin smoothie, but then again, my smoothies always included thickening fruit like bananas. They rock in smoothies! It's a nice, open space inside. The owner is chill and would be the person making the beverages for me. Also they had original artwork for sale on display in the storefront window. I'm glad to see that they're still in business and will stop in again soon!

Juice101 is second to NONE‼ The best juice & smoothies I've ever tasted BY FAR‼‼‼ I keep trying other juice bars hoping to meet my expectations BUT Juice 101 does it for me. The customer service is not a lost art here. They're super clean and neat. Everyone is friendly and a smile is a part of their uniform. The MTAyeeee is my ABSOLUTE favorite‼ Original blended combinations here. I LOVE this place

Super unfriendly staff! I would avoid this dump in a heart beat! I ordered an AÇAÍ bowl asked for special topping and they packed just açaí and fruits. Quality açaí was trash! Take your business else where!

I’m new in the neighborhood and was more then excited to see that there is a local juice bar. I came here earlier in the week and the two girls working there were extremely helpful and sweet, I got an açaí bowl and a juice both which were nothing but delicious. I hate to give a one star based on this next bad experience I’ve had but it really left a horrible taste in my mouth. When I came in today there was a gentleman working who was anything but a gentlemen. I said hello but was ignored. There was a few other people waiting in line and maybe it was busy so that’s why he was in a bad mood but he had a really bad attitude when finally taking my order and when he started to make my order he took a really long time and was throwing dishes in the sink and slapping fridges shut loudly. I don’t know what I did to make him mad I was nothing but nice and patient. The fruit bowl was also not full to the top. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be coming back here after an experience like that. That is no way to treat a new customer.
