Use to be my favorite McDonald's for 10 years . Food preparation isn't very satisfying anymore . There rude night shift guy . Im also Dasher . I came for my order he treated me like I was trying steal the order been Dasher for 13 years not once I mess up a order or got any complaints.

I’m tired of coming in here asking for the same drink. Iced caramel latte , extra caramel. And they skipped the caramel altogether. They always do this. And give me bitter coffee. It’s getting annoying. Especially when you charge for extra caramel and then not add caramel at all.

I went to McDonald's on October 15,2025 which they served me a half cooked chicken sandwich I made them away which they gave me a new sandwich. But when I wanted to retrieve the sandwich that was raw they immediately disgarded it saying there was nothing wrong with it. I immediately called the police which informed me it was a civil issue. Since October 16,2025 I have severe diarrhea which I went to the emergency room ... So now I have legal counsel to pursue a lawsuit against this McDonald's so if this happened to anyone else please πŸ™ get counsel.. Edited.....10/17/25 I tried ordering online on the app. Message comes up...Sorry this deal isn't available right now. Mind you it's a shareable. OK, granted. I ordered the meals individually and same message. Before I called I checked my app to make sure it's up to date. It is, I tried again and the same message. I called explaining the situation. They lady that answered spoke to me spanish and english. Which I didn't mind because I am bilingual. She was rude, for the fact that she said it's your app, the problem is on your side not the restaurant. OK, I got upset and hung up. Apparently she was not trying to help or even had the patience to resolve the situation πŸ™„. I checked again on my end, no problems. I called again, I'm sure it was the same lady. So, I asked to speak to a manager explained again the situation. She said she was the manager. I explained the situation again and the way she replied, I said you are the same person I spoke to earlier. She said no I just picked up the phone and I don't know what you are talking about. I said ok, I don't understand how a shareable is not available, then
I even tried ordering individual meals and it still comes out the same. She was JUST AS RUDE, SAME ANSWERS AS THE FIRST LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE. I said thanks for nothing and hung up. What kind of customer service is that!!! I probably would've gotten better customer service from someone else that would have been able to pick up the phone. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. A real manager or great customer service representative would have taken my order. It was for pickup. My husband was outside 😐 πŸ˜’ πŸ˜‘.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the manager and staff. They were consistently rude, never greeting me or offering a smile. To make matters worse, the machine malfunctioned, taking my $50 without providing change. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she refused to help, speaking to me in a condescending tone. It wasn't until later, when she finally produced the receipt, that I received my refund. Never go their guys save your money and find somewhere else
then i ordered large coffe they sent me small coffee ,i ordered one sweet tea for my friend they sent us unsweet tea ,please guys never go their save your time and money
