Went here for the first time, and I must say it was an amazing experience...customer service 10/10?, drinks 1000/10?...I got a yogurt grapefruit tea and passion fruit slush...It was really delicious!!! Would definitely go again!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I used to get good food from here. Then I had one order that gave me food poisoning. Sometimes the smallest mistake does that in a restaurant. I ordered again today, weeks later because I honestly didn't remember which restaurant had me sick. I was hungry and wanted something quick.
Bit into a piece of chicken and it smelled weird. Immediately when the smell hit I remembered it was Mr Chicken Mrs Tea that had me with the worst diarrhea for 4 days. Some pieces smell and feel weird. Some don't. It's something about the honey soy. I've never had this issue before. Idk if they're not throwing out the chicken when it's spoiled, if it's the sauce expired, or what.
This time I opted for a fruit juice tea. Last time I had taro and idk if there was expired milk or what. I see other reviews are mentioning getting sick from the taro or that it looks bad.
I'm now waiting to see if I get sick again. Hopefully not. :(
Edit: Smelled the lychee tea. It smells like there's a chemical in it. Like a cleaning agent chemical. Noticed halfway in. Reporting to Uber.

This place is complete trash, every time you order from Uber or grub hub it gets cancelled . They don’t know how to run a business . I called the restaurant and they said the delivery person took the food. Uber then tells me they don’t have it cause the restaurant didn’t give it. I’m done with these trash people. They lying garbage people. Don’t waste your money on this spot . Go else 024HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHUT THEM DOWN. IF YOU GOT SICK FROM EATING WITH THEM, IT WOULD MAKE SENSE SINCE THEY ARE SO DIRTY
I usually only come here for the grape slush never actually had their food. The grape slush never disappoints. I do have to say it is a bit on the expensive side. Was almost $10 but if your like me only getting it here and there you probably would say it’s worth it. Great customer service and I will definitely order the grape again.

This is one of our favorite spots to get bubble tea. Our favorite bubble tea is taro and vanilla. Brown sugar is very good as well. They recently added Ocean blue lemonade and its delicious. My daughter loves the mozza hot dog. The chicken dumplings are very tasty and love the spicy sauce it comes with.

Maybe one of the tastiest fried chicken I've had in NYC. I would definitely recommend trying the cheese snow flavor. Bubble tea was also pretty good. Only downside was that the place is still takeout only, otherwise I would have loved to dine inside the restaurant.
