I tried Panera all over, but this place is so clean unfortunately they don’t have bathrooms, but the quality of the food is amazing and it’s very clean and food prep is slow But still worth it for waiting. staff was very polite.

This is like quick stop Panera. There is table and bar sitting available. I feel service is slow here possibly due to short staff. But otherwise the place is quiet and clean. They don't have fountain drinks but coffee and lemonades are available.

I had an issue with my last order from Panera my soup was missing the bread and croutons. I called and spoke to the manager, who was incredibly kind and supportive. She apologized sincerely and offered to make it right with a replacement soup and a dessert treat. When I visited today and explained what the manager had promised, the team at the counter went above and beyond. They gave me a fresh soup of my choice, double the bread, double the croutons, and even added a brownie! My daughter was so happy, and we were both really impressed with their generosity and how kindly they handled everything. Thank you to the manager for turning a small mistake into a truly kind customer experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I'm pretty sure that the rest of the employees here would do better off with a different manager.....merciless masters wouldn't even let my elderly handicapped relative use their facilities to change her ....run from this place.... I hope corporate is reading this...
