I placed an online delivery order for my dad (a senior) and my daughter in NY with a major storm coming. I don’t even live in New York that’s why I ordered delivery for them.

When the order arrived, my dad’s sandwich wasn’t even in the bag at all. It was completely missing. He was left with just a cup of soup while my daughter had her meal.

I called the store and spoke to the manager, and instead of taking accountability, she told me they could remake it if they came in to pick it up. I explained multiple times that I live nowhere near this location and ordered delivery for a reason. Her solution was to “put it in the book” and offer a free pastry next time.

That’s not helpful. During a storm, with an elderly customer missing his entire meal, telling them to come pick it up or get a pastry later is not customer service.

Very disappointing and poorly handled.
Let’s not leave out took over an hour for order to be made while dasher they used was there waiting for order all that time and still couldn’t get it right

ALYSSA IS A TERRIBLE MANAGER!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would, I usually patronize this Panera location very often. I’ve had many negative experiences where there’s not enough staff. When you order rapid pick up and walk in, your items are not there for the “RAPID pick up” and there’s no staff in front. I gave feedback, but today I had the worst experience with ALYSSA THE MANAGER. First off she’s a terrible leader, I ordered a whole sandwich and switched the bread to sesame seed bagel and when you get a whole sandwich, they usually make it on 2 bagel, literally every Panera. So I walked in and saw the employee grab 2 bagels to make my sandwich then the manager came and said that’s not how they do it here at this location. She’s going to make it on 1 bagel double everything which makes no Sense because if you order half a sandwich on a bagel it comes on 1 bagel. Honestly the idiocy in people’s mind. I called customer service to verify because that made no sense and they explained to her the same thing. There is no restrictions at any Panera. ALYSSA IS MAKING UP HER OWN RULES AND POLICY AT THIS PANERA. BEWARE, DONT BE SCAMMED BY ALYSSA. She has terrible work ethic, then she proceed to tell my husband he’s being disrespectful when he was just educating her on her own job and there was no profanity or derogatory remarks made at her. But to her he’s being disrespectful. Also while on the phone with customer service she says I am Embarrassing myself over a bagel and I said no you’re embarrassing yourself and not knowing your job and how items are supposed to be made. YOU SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!!

Clean, place friendly staff and there is always a coupon to get an entree available.

This is actually a Panera express. We stopped here on our way home from their airport to grab breakfast and coffee. No bathrooms and I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich but got charged for a sausage egg & cheese with no sausage. Even thought I repeated myself that I wanted the egg and cheese sandwich. Could have made a big deal but honestly too tired from a 10hr red eye flight to argue over $2.50.
Panera used to always have a high quality standard for customer service but I guess that’s a thing of the past.

Great experience at Panera. I really liked the cookie. It was fresh and tasted great. Mr. Rashid was an excellent cashier very polite, patient, and made the ordering process smooth. You can tell he cares about customers.

I tried Panera all over, but this place is so clean unfortunately they don’t have bathrooms, but the quality of the food is amazing and it’s very clean and food prep is slow But still worth it for waiting. staff was very polite.

This is like quick stop Panera. There is table and bar sitting available. I feel service is slow here possibly due to short staff. But otherwise the place is quiet and clean. They don't have fountain drinks but coffee and lemonades are available.

As always, the food is well prepared and presented. This establishment does not your typical panera. They don't have a dining room per. Se, it's more of a order and pick up and a place to buy your bread

Absolute worst service!!! All employees looked extremely confused of what to do and just walking in circles lol. Manager also looked like she just wanted to leave . Waited 10 minutes without even a greeting so I just left .
