I ordered a veggie sandwich and found a piece of meat in it. Got bread and it was cold (never experienced this in my 10 years of going to panera). Lettuce in my sandwich was soggy, like it was old and sitting for a while. Lemonade was good I guess. Definitely the worst panera location around town ?

I went in here just got grab a quick bite I’m new to Panera and didn’t have time to look at the menu. I asked the lady what they have on the menu from the kids menu she simply told be the simplest thing they had was “grilled cheese” so I went with it. I had to wait a good 5 minutes to get a grilled sandwich and it was empty no line no nothing. I grab the sandwich half way in I realize there was bacon!!! The lady did not tell me there was bacon in there no warning mind you I was wearing a hijab she could have mentioned it at least. Also the cashier did not seem genuine at all!!

Some of the workers are oblivious to their surroundings, it wasn't even packed, i was waiting for my pre ordered cup, the cashier at the time decided to over look me completely after patiently waiting for her to tend to 2 other customers before me, she then proceeds to take a third customer that came in AFTER me.

They got my order wrong. I never return my food, always afraid, lol. Next time, I will ask for a refund. It's very expensive, a cup of soup is $6, my half sandwich is $9. I guess high prices are everywhere. Next time, I will stop by a deli for a better deal. However, I will look up their recipe for baked potatoe soup. It's very good.

Came here for the first time to try Panera at this location and it is completely different from the others. The food is a 1/5 because it’s not fresh and not tasty. The soup is a 1/5. The service is very slow. Very overpriced for the meal deals
