I ordered the extra large pepperoni and sausage with pineapple and 8 peace wings I was disappointed about my whole order the pizza was terrible I guess Papa John's loss is touch and I paid for 8p and ended up with 6p up on delivery they lied about calling me back to let me what happened and now to get my money's worth I have to order again next time what type of scam shit is this on Black History month

THIS IS THE WORST PAPA JOHN’S EVER IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY HAVE RATS AND ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE. I’VE LITERALLY SAW ROACHES AND RATS CRAWL ON THE FLOOR FROM JUMPING OFF THE COUNTER WHERE THEY MAKE OUR PIZZA DON’T ORDER FROM HERE EVER

Sad that I ordered food and asked for extra green peppers and had to cancel because someone in this place has an attitude problem I offered to buy them and they gave me a hard time I will never order from these guys again And there write down the block and he said over an hour for delivery after the attitude I felt like I shouldent order cause they might just do something to my food… very racist workers in there and there’s no manager at the location Then I also ordered the same order witch cost me 32 dollars at Rockaway location (this location)and the other papa John’s I ordered from charged me 27 dollars something is wrong with this location they need to be fired Don’t order here . If your from ozone park order 101 st papa John there very professional

Since they start having new staffing pizza change there less of everything and the chicken on pizza better of ordering veggie some tiny pieces on every other slice

I ordered some brownies and large cookie on the app. In case you didn't know, Papa Johns offers you a free cookie everytime it's your birthday. When I go into the store to pick up my order, the guy is immediately hostile, telling me to order from another papa johns next time because my order was 50% off. I explained to him that the cookie was free and that I paid full price for the brownies but he just brushed it off and repeated the same thing. I'm guessing this store is doing really badly and is going to shut down if they dont reach their monthly quota so the dude was aggressive to the customer for failing to promote his own store. Well congratulations, you won, I won't be going to this Papa Johns anymore and I suggest everyone else to do the same so we can get this place shut down.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE MANAGER. I placed an order, said it’s on the way. And out for delivery. Then says my order is delivered. There’s no pizza outside so I call the store and speak with the manager. He states that it’s “too far” mind you; the store is ten minutes from my house, I paid $4.99 for service fee, and $5.00 delivery on a $14.00 bill. But marks my order as delivered, and doesn’t even call to let me know they won’t be delivering my order. And they haven’t refunded me. So I called the manager and this man then proceeds to curse me out..HORRIBLE.

I ordered pizza for delivery and i was told it should be ready in 10 minutes and it was ready in 10 minutes but was sitting on tge shelve fo 35 minutes the worker had me waited there on purpose and after waiting and waiting I asked if my order is ready He very rudely asked my name and gave me the pizza from the which was sitting there for the last 30 minutes. When I complained He didn’t like it and started saying discriminatory remarks towards me. Very poor service overall.

Is a scam ! Did you ask for a promotion 2 large pizzas and the guy try to charge you for 2 large pizzas plus 2 double tips : when I told him what happen and to explain me ...he told me did like this because is not at the computer.. and told if you want you can cancel it!!! Uhm I thing the new managers are totally different and don't put trusly people at the cashier..! Very disappointed of Real Papá John's from Manhattan! This happen monday 5 January at 3:00 pm you can check the Camaras how theGuy get so nervous ! Anything I can come back to talk with any manager and I live 2 block around! Very disappointed and desonest to costumers for years this time !
