Hi Papa Johns, I order 1 Garlic Crust small Pizza with 2 topping from your menu. But the pizza was terrible.There is no garlic at all and very small portion of topping. I really don't understand why and how come this kind of people work there. They Don't know what is customer service call.Need training??????

Gentleman who worked there was extremely nice. I placed an order online and realized some issues with the order after it was placed. They answered the phone and was able to make the corrections to make sure I received the order right.When I went to pick up the order I was greeted immediately. The place was clean, and I was in and out quick with my order. Definitely would order again!

This particular location has had no problems in the past delivering to my residence before in South Ozone Park Queens NY today I placed my order and the older gentleman with glasses calls my phone back to tell me that he is canceling my order and I would have to wait for 24 hours for the money to return to my wife's account when we have 3 children that want to eat pizza from Papa John's. Absolutely disgusting service at this location

Ordered today 6/22 and on 5/3 and I asked for the Cool Ranch papadia and the cashier was clueless and I got a regular one (no seasoning photo) and then I got one today and it doesn’t look like the photos. My coworkers also have their issues with them. Today was was bit better (cool ranch papadia but the seasoning does not look like the advert) doesn’t remind me of cool ranch seasoning. The pizza is okay though but my coworkers say they don’t really pay attention when you order in person.

They are always getting something wrong. This time it was late delivery and terrible customer service. Another time they got my order wrong. My food arrived cold and it was an hour late. The person on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. They deserve zero stars. I have given them several chances to be better and they always disappoint me. One time I even got diarrhea eating from here. Never ordering from them again.
This papa johns deserves 0 stars. My pizza was missing cheese. Nasty customer service.

Ordered online and the delivery came within 30 minutes. The pies were good. We liked both of them, but it could be a little bit more saucy. Other than that, overall it was a late night guilt-feeling fast food ?Update: we ordered more pizza from them with chicken wings ?

I ordered for a bbq chicken pizza for takeout once I got home it was pepperoni pizza which we don’t eat when I call back to store they just hanged up without any answer I’ll never go back to this store

Papa John’s on 103-03 101 ave very unsanitary. The person on the phone is very rude and don’t want to address the issue. My 7 year old son had to get a hair in between the pizza. The hair is paste between the cheese and dough. I will never every shop there again. If you care about what you eat, stay away from here.
