I ordered a combo which I thought came with fries but no it didnt...All I got was half full cold mac and cheese a med drink and a the sandwich. I checked my recepit it was $17.24 for three items and on top a that they charge food tax and beverage tax. I know about NYS sales tax which is 8.875% I dont know about those extra tax. The cashier "HH" could not even speak accurate english. You have been warned do not go to this location you will regret it.

GROSS …. These people don’t even bother wearing gloves or handling the food with any level of care.I WATCHED as the tall goofy dude who wears the green shirt coughed over my food. He saw that I was disgusted and tried to brush it off with conversation. I will NEVER order in this location again. This place is a nasty health code violation waiting to happen.

Rude manager that picked up the phone January 19, 2024 4:22pm (this info should provide insight on the specific manager working there that day and time) told me to contact DoorDash for missing items when they themselves did not pack my item in the bag as my bag was sealed. Chicken sandwiches ordered here is often raw and undercooked. Doesn’t take that much skills to fry something.

This place closes at 3am there is no reason why it’s after 11pm and they are only serving mild chicken and refusing to drop any spicy chicken. If you don’t like doing your job then quit there is no reason why you are refusing service to paying customers because your employees are lazy and don’t want to work!!!

It was Thanksgiving and our Turkey flipped so I searched for a store that I might get some Chicken.
Sandwiches are always dry af.They put tiny amount of sauce compared to other Popeyes.You cant even see the sauce.

Price was awesome with mobile app. Like for real. Fed a family of four for $12.97. Ain’t even gonna hold you up. However comma, customer service is bahdooky. Beach gave me zero napkins and didn’t offer any sauce for the tenders. Actually turned her back in us and stood there whole time while I patiently waited for her to turn around and talk to me. Line was building up and all. Trash. Even the un asking for change in the parking lot knew the customer service was operating at 15%.They talking to me thru some bullet proof glass rotator and I can’t understand most of what they’re saying because they’re all foreign!!! At least fox the intercom box so I can hear something.
