So online and at the entrance of the restaurant the time of closing is “10 pm” but I went there at 9:10 pm and I was told that they’re closed.. if the time of closing is at 9 change it online and at the store instead of wasting peoples time!

I’ve been going to this Subway since it opened, and I’ve seen it go through a lot of changes over the years. Before the pandemic, things weren’t great—orders would come out incorrect, the staff wasn’t always well-trained, and overall it just wasn’t the most reliable location. But they’ve improved a lot since then. The service now is noticeably better, and the store feels much more organized than before.

They did reduce some of their ingredient options, but it’s honestly not a big deal. They still have almost all the same menu items you’d find at other Subway locations. The only difference is that, instead of having multiple pans of certain ingredients (like different seasoned chicken options), they just offer one. Considering this location isn’t in a high-traffic area, it makes sense, and it doesn’t really affect the sandwiches.

The store is always clean when I go, and the current staff is much better than what they used to have. There used to be an older worker who was pretty rude, but recently the employees—especially the younger staff—have been great. On my last visit, the woman working was extremely patient even though I was juggling multiple orders over the phone. She kept everything moving, helped other customers in between, and still made sure my order came out exactly right.

A lot of the negative reviews mention issues with orders sitting out, but that usually happens when people order online and don’t pick up their food on time. I’ve never had a problem with an order I placed in person.

Some people complain about change or coupons not being accepted, but realistically, you should always check your change anywhere you go, not just here. And not every Subway honors every coupon, especially smaller locations with limited menus. It’s better to show the coupon before ordering and confirm if it applies.

Overall, this Subway has improved a lot over the years. It’s clean, the staff is helpful, and my orders come out right. It’s definitely better than people give it credit for, and I’d give it a solid four stars.

I attempted to place an order on September 5, 2025 at approximately 12:00 pm. There was only one employee working at the time. She was dark skin, had a mole on a section of her face. I've seen her at the store many times. Today, I placed my order. She started cutting the bread. Another customer whom it appears she knows enters the store. He said to her, finish with the customer you have first, which was me. She said no it's okay, I can take care of you first. I was shocked. She continued talking to him right over the bread she was cutting for my sandwiches with speckle coming out of her mouth.

Her unprofessional behavior caused me to walk out of the store and not utter a word. That was the poorest experience imaginable. You do not skip a customer (my order would have totaled over $40.00) to take on another customer who just entered the store. That is not only immature, it's unethical, and her behavior was unprofessional.

Subway needs to address this issue. I have been a customer at this location since this store has opened, and because of this experience, I will not be returning.

I'm glad they gave me the wrong order, once I open my sandwich I noticed the sliced cucumbers had mold. If your going to be cheap at least provide fresh ingredients.

I recently visited a local Subway location and ordered three footlong sandwiches two tuna melts with everything on it and extra sweet onion sauce also one meatball sub with melted provolone cheese. When I first walked in, the restaurant was very quiet and empty, but I was immediately greeted warmly by an employee named Abdul, who is from Bangladesh.

From the start, Abdul’s hospitality stood out. While my sandwiches were toasting, he engaged me in a friendly conversation, not just to pass the time, but to create a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated that he didn't rush the process he crafted each sandwich carefully and with great attention to detail. It was clear he took pride in his work.

Abdul mentioned he was simply doing his job, but from my experience and as someone who works in America's number one lounge serving high-end clients and celebrities. I can confidently say he went above and beyond. True hospitality like his deserves recognition.

As for the sandwiches, they were absolutely delicious! My family and I enjoyed every bite. You could truly taste the extra care and warmth that went into making them. It was more than just a meal, it was a great experience.

Not much of a review writer but with the terrible service and rising price of goods in nyc, consumers need to start standing up for themselves. Came to this subway during my lunch hour and ordered a sandwich. The guy preparing my sandwich was simultaneously preparing another sandwich for an online order. After my sandwich was prepped and wrapped, he continues to work on this online order instead of checking me out. Mind you, no one was there to pick up the order just yet. I asked him if he can check me out since my lunch hour is limited. He passive aggressively said to me that this order was placed before mines. Well then, if we are using that logic, then why did you cash the customer that came AFTER me because all she was purchasing was a bag of chips? I mean, if you’re really going by who comes first then that customer should’ve been told to wait just as how I was told that the online order was placed before mines. Your response was uncalled for. Instead of taking the 30 seconds to respond to me, you could’ve used it to check me out very quickly. I get that fast food workers are underpaid and overworked but that’s a struggle that you as a fast food worker need to fight; not me as the paying customer.

I have been going to this store for like 5 years now…. There used to be guys working here… they were always nice to me. Usually when I get a sandwich, I get a foot long & I pack the 2 parts separately since I eat them at different times… they just have to use 1 extra paper… but this old lady working there now telling me she has to charge me 2 six inches for it…. Doesn’t make any sense… my uncle owned subway before & every other subway place did it for me..… that was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard… plus she wasn’t that friendly either, I dunno if she’s a manager or something…. Also this store a lot of time doesn’t open when they advertised they open. I used to get a lot of food from them… today I just got the sandwich and left…. The time when I went in was around 5:30 PM, October 13 Friday

I really hope subway does something because it would be a shame if they lost service over this. Terrible experience with the staff. Guy didn’t know how to redeem a gift card I had through American Express for them so he shrugged his shoulders and said just pay with card. First off if you don’t know your job get a manager and when he did the manager didn’t even know! Then I had to wait 20 minutes for ice because I said the ice was out and he said you gotta wait. On top of that he was about to charge me wrong until I had to order it on the app the app came back a way cheaper price by 6 dollars than he was charging me which is ridiculous for him to try and do that.
