I have been going to this store for like 5 years now…. There used to be guys working here… they were always nice to me. Usually when I get a sandwich, I get a foot long & I pack the 2 parts separately since I eat them at different times… they just have to use 1 extra paper… but this old lady working there now telling me she has to charge me 2 six inches for it…. Doesn’t make any sense… my uncle owned subway before & every other subway place did it for me..… that was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard… plus she wasn’t that friendly either, I dunno if she’s a manager or something…. Also this store a lot of time doesn’t open when they advertised they open. I used to get a lot of food from them… today I just got the sandwich and left…. The time when I went in was around 5:30 PM, October 13 Friday

I really hope subway does something because it would be a shame if they lost service over this. Terrible experience with the staff. Guy didn’t know how to redeem a gift card I had through American Express for them so he shrugged his shoulders and said just pay with card. First off if you don’t know your job get a manager and when he did the manager didn’t even know! Then I had to wait 20 minutes for ice because I said the ice was out and he said you gotta wait. On top of that he was about to charge me wrong until I had to order it on the app the app came back a way cheaper price by 6 dollars than he was charging me which is ridiculous for him to try and do that.

The sandwich's are for a quick bite ofc but the workers act like they take home the extra and left overs for themselves, I ordered a sandwich foot long the lady put four pieces of everything ( EVERYTHING) and when I asked for more she looked at me like I was asking her for the sandwich free!!

Came in here to find the “manager” being extremely rude to an elderly worker who was trying to do her job and was being helpful trying to begin my order. He shoved her with his arm to the side and rudely told her to get out the way. Definitely not coming back here. People like this guy don’t deserve a job. RESPECT OTHERS ESPECIALLY YOUR ELDERS!

The service here is absolutely horrible and the workers are so slow. The workers were rude and arguing with each other and the lady was so slow.

The tall older African American wearing sunglasses is the slowest employee i ever witnessed. And its around making sandwiches. He did not seem to have any mental problems to at warrant. But he is always abnormally slow. Management needs to seriously look into this employee. If he is for some reason the owner he is not following subway guidelines and protocol around making sandwiches. The sandwich layout station is created in a specific way to pump out as many sandwiches as possible. While this dude took 20 minutes to make my sandwich today. Management needs to replace him i can only assume he is working like that on purpose. Waste.

I had $11 on the dot and when I ordered I gave the guy working the counter my money for him to tell me I only paid $10. Even though I insisted I paid him $11 dollars he refused so I had to fish out another dollar in coins from my bag, then guy gave me the wrong change.

The location is great but the parking sucks. I would have to park a block a away. They don’t accept paper coupons here which is not great. Cookies always great .

Simple request to toast the bacon extra outside of the sandwich, and then toast the sandwich a little was a problem for the manager and the worker like it was leaps and bounds to understand what to do. Manager said out loud “make him go to one of the other subways,” he was a big African American guy, genuinely the worst manager I’ve ever encountered anywhere. They then went on to put so little vegetables on the sandwich it was almost meaningless going there. Got told it’s 5 pieces of spinach on a sandwich when I asked for more, and then she added 1 leaf like it’s breaking their profits…. What kind of customer service is that?
