The people who work here are very nice, I will give them that but that is the only positive. I'm positive they make up prices on the spot when you're paying based on what the customer looks like. There was 4 of us but only 2 of us got like a real lunch (meat, rice and 1 side) and the other 2 only got a soup and a side and we all got a drink and it was $96 without tip, they rung everything up on the register under I can't remember the tern but it was the same name for every charge they where putting through which was suspicious to me. The rice was stale we had, I don't know if it was from the day before because we got here pretty early and the chicken I got was chewy, it all went in the garbage, my side was maduros and that was the only good thing which really you're a mess if you fukc that up too. I won't be going back here again especially with all the restaurant in the area that are actually good and way more affordable where I don't feel I'm being taken for a fool, it's been bothering me since we where here. I still can't believe what they charged us, and how terrible the food was

One of the only hot foods place with so many options open super early everyday! This is my go to place for a good meal anytime of the day. Tasty. Clean and always stocked. Service is exceptional and the place is big bright and airy! Very close to the train so easy to get to. So affordable!

I ate Pernil and got sick. Food was not fresh. Horrible horrible. I love their food and ate there all the time till I got sick. I know it was there since I did not eat till the afternoon after work in their location and when I threw up and had bad diarrhea it was all their food. Both me and my co-worker.

I went today to ihop at 9801 Liberty Ave, Ozone Park, NY 11417. We requested a table for 6 (4 adults and 2 children). It was pouring rain so 2 adults decided not to come join us. When our time came for table, the hostess says we can't sit down until everyone arrives. We told her 3x the other members are not joining us so we do not have to wait and she continues to tell us we have to wait (in spanish). I also told her multiple times do not speak to me in spanish I dont speak spanish only my husband but she continues in spanish and my husband is forced to translate. Finally when i started getting loud, a manager comes over. The manager speaks to the hostess and tells us we have to wait until everyone arrives to be seated. Again, for the 4th time, I said "for the last time, they are not coming so why are we waiting?" the manager goes "oh they're not coming, i didnt know that and watch the attitude." This immediately upsets me and I proceed to tell her i said this to the hostess 3x and she has no right to tell me to watch my attitude after i have repeated myself multiple times and still isnt heard. The manager continues to speak over me and cutting me off. My husband gets upset and tries to explain to her how we had this conversation with the hostess already but she refused to listen when we said the other parties are not joining us. Before my husband could finish, the manager shoves her hand about 5 inches away from my husbands face and goes "just stop talking." DISRESPECTFUL!!!

After an recommendation from hotel staff we opted to go to the diner. The music being played was slightly old fashion and one of the toilets in the men's rest room was out of order. The menu had varied food and drink options. I would recommend the cinnamon pancakes stack and sausages option. My teenage son went for the chicken and waffles selection with a vanilla milk shake. The resturant is very clean and friendly staff. We were served by gustavo who was both polite and patient .
