Online it still says they’re open, but that’s not true. They’re not 24 hours anymore. I placed an online order around 11 PM, went to the location, and the place was completely closed—no signs, no notice, chairs up, lights off, nobody inside. I paid $16 for an order I never received, and I’m still waiting on a refund. They need to update their hours because customers shouldn’t be misled like that.

I purchased 2 triple cheese tots and 1 chicken sliders today 12/16/2025 around 1 PM, my tots and chicken were burnt and has a bitterish taste. 1 bite from each and I threw it in the trash.

I was impressed by the cleanliness, and great customer service of this White Castle. The location was decent when I left New York 17 years ago and has gotten better since. I ordered a chocolate milk with my meal. The guy at the window gave me a straw and asked if I wanted a spoon. I remember being able to drink a shake through a straw (Pause). Shake was thick, and good. I ended up using a spoon for it. When I return to New York this will continue to be one of my go to White Castle locations.
This review is LONG overdue. I've been to this location as far back as the mid 90's when my parents moved from Brooklyn to Queens so this White Castle is a long standing fixture of my growing up around the Ozone Park area of Queens and I can't recall any bad service or awful food transaction here. Today is also no different.
My usual staple meal here is 2 chicken w/ cheese sandwiches, a double bacon and cheese slider, and mozzarella sticks. I just needed an excuse to place a review on here and the supposed new crispy chicken sandwiches provided that opportunity. I like the texture of those sandwiches more now than the previous variation of them because the crisp texture on the chicken sliders make for a nice, crunchy bite. I had an enjoyable brunch and the service is always spot on.
I've gotten used to the layout of the place now. Before they renovated this White Castle during Covid, the seating area was a bit larger than it is now but it's since been renovated so that there is more room for the employees to work around their station. Despite the reduced size in the customer seating area, it's minimal at most.
A solid area that has stood the test of time in a rapidly changing neighborhood.

The staff here is very nice and patient. The location is very busy with their drive thru window plus having alot of third party delivery drivers come pick up orders. Never once have I had a bad experience with the staff or with food quality. I have witnessed guests be super rude with the staff and they are still calm and polite.
