The staff here is very nice and patient. The location is very busy with their drive thru window plus having alot of third party delivery drivers come pick up orders. Never once have I had a bad experience with the staff or with food quality. I have witnessed guests be super rude with the staff and they are still calm and polite.
The worker jayden is great. Hes fast and kind. Made my food with care and is very patient when i was ordering my food.
Parking: I cant say theres alot of parking but theres a bit. It’s usually not busy.

White Castle on Valentines Day has become our family tradition. My family enjoys the love that comes from the staff and of course the food. Each year the staff at ozone park goes above and beyond for my kids to make them feel special and loved.
