It's really frustrating when this location says it closes at 9 but the workers try to dip early. Then have the audacity to give us attitude. Guy at window practically threw my milkshake at me then glared.

I went to use a gift card I received. It turns out that they have not one single flavor of ice cream that's lactose free. For a shop that markets itself on variety this is more than disappointing.

Rudest staff I’ve ever come across.. I wish I could give negative points in customer service. I visited BR on 7/20/22 around 5:30pm and ordered a brownie sundae, the lady in charge just couldn’t understand my order and made 3 wrong orders before making the right one. And on top of that she looked mad at me as if it was my fault that she didn’t listen what I actually ordered. I would fire such employee right away. Worse customer service ever !

I am not one to complain but I'm putting this out there. NEVER go to Basket Robin's in painted post.I ordered a cake for my birthday celebration yesterday cause this year I can't go any where being pregnant with triplets or do much.They messed up the dates and didn't do a refund.They only offered a cake out of the freezer that was the same price. (Which was not the flavor ice cream I wanted) My brother was the one to go pick it up for me and they didn't care and were rude so he took the cake. (Which when he got it home the cake part of it tasted freezer burnt)When I called the Manger today to explain that the cake I got wasn't good at all and I spent so much on... she didn't care and said oh well you brother took the cake. She was extremely rude and snotty to me. (So she did nothing for me)Now a days people have no customer service at all. With how expensive things are now why would you run off your business.Idk but they lost me as a customer.**This is the cake they gave us... a father's day grill cake**I'd rate there cake and customer service a 0.

I’m pretty livid at the moment! Since this place has been open I’ve been a faithful customer, for a pb sundae!? Well a week ago I went there and when I got my receipt it said 45 dollars! So I showed them the mistake on my card no less, and they, the girls working there tried to fix it for awhile, and then just said it’s not our fault, we’ll have to call our manager, so long story short, they called and said they took the whole amount off my card and it was taken care of! So a week later still not showing the refund of 45 on our card! Again I have to call and track down the manager, and call her at a different location! This time she tells me yeah, I know that didn’t go through, I saw that later that night!! Well did she call and tell me, ugh, Nooooo! So I have to make another trip over the next day to give her my card, so she can attempt to fix it one more time!! When she handed me the receipt she said here I took off the 38, but still charged you for the sundae you had!! If I was her I would have totally taken that sundae off, plus given me a gift card for another!! I wouldn’t of even known it was still charged to our card, if my husband hadn’t have checked! Totally dishonest! They lost another loyal customer?

I went to the Painted Post Baskin Robbins at 6:45pm on 1/25/21. I asked for an upside down banana split in the drive through. The manager, Kelly, told me she she couldn't understand how to make it and asked me to pull around. I pulled around and explained to Kelly two times how to make it, she stared at me blankly and said she has never heard of an upside down banana split and REFUSED to make it. I told her my sister went through the drive through last evening and ordered 3. Again, Kelly the manager looked at me blankly and said "well how do I put the bananas in there?" Again I explained how to make it, she REFUSED to make it. For the record, I went there last night to get one after seeing the ones my sister had, they were out of bananas. This store is OBVIOUSLY not well managed. RUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't eat at this place.

Visited this store on January 6, indoor dining is closed but you can still go in to order. The worker was was amazing. There was 6 of us,2 which has food allergies & she did amazing at helping us. She answered all the questions we had & was very kind. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Many choices for "gluten-conscious," no-sugar-added, etc. Handpacked quarts available for carry-out. Good variety of shakes and smoothies. Bonus: case of handmade items dipped in chocolate (bananas, cake slices, brownies, etc.) and frozen fruit smoothie bars, all done on premises. Everything looked great, store was clean, and counter person was really helpful.

The cashier lady was rude she didn't speak when we said hello and didn't respond when we said thank you have a great day. really left a bitter taste in my mouth especially because for the price of the ice cream it really wasn't worth putting up with the attitude. Also consistently out of flavors even pre COVID, should have gone to peaches and cream or another local ice cream shop.

The person taking drive thru orders seemed to think she doesn't sell anything gluten free....I even asked her twice cuz I knew better but she still repeats that they do not have anything gluten free....If you don't know what simple allergies are...maybe you shouldn't work in food service...you won't be giving me my food to cause me to have an allergic reaction due to your ignorance....thanks....I'll go to 5 guys instead.
