This is the dirtiest, rudest location of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Didn’t even receive my food. They will take your order and stare at you for 20 minutes before claiming that it’s your fault as the customer for not checking on the status of the order, that supposedly did not go through even though placed at the restaurant itself. Avoid wasting your money and time dealing with spiteful idiots.

I go through the drive-thru order breakfast I get on the highway headed to work my sandwich is missing syrup is missing for the French toast sticks try to call no answer twice nobody wants to answer the phone no way to leave a message way to screw people over This was at the painted Post New York store

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a lot of food for my whole family well one burger was missing so i went into the store and was accused of lying and obnoxiously mocked by two employees. Then when spoken to management was also mocked obnoxiously. The employees were very rude and unprofessional when it was a simple fix situation i was not rude or anything when i went into the store.
This is the worst BK in the Twin Tiers. Not only will they mess up your order, they will laterally just slap it together. Burgers are a mess, just garbage.

I found the condition of the restaurant negative. Everything is very old and worn out but still OK. To be honest, I'm not a fan of nostalgia or old. Happy to renovate.
