I love Dunkin, will always love Dunkin but man they have been cheating me out of cream cheese on my bagel, itās got like nothing on it. I also order hot chocolate cuz itās so good, but recently for a few months is like drinking pure water, it sucks. And itās a waist of my money. Dunkin please fix your hot chocolate itās more like hot water. Itās nasty recently.

I always order via dunkin app. The same thing, today I received cold coffee and the server said it was fresh and wouldn't listen to me. I then tossed it in the trash( I missed a little) she told me not to return because I was disrespectful. Now I'm trying to get through to customer service. She was so rude to me.

The coffee is always disgusting there. It either tastes like water or burnt black coffee absolutely disgusting especially since Iām spending my money there. The girls never tell you to have a nice day and are rude. It honestly just a joke of a place and the fact they already have bad reviews about their coffee but havenāt changed anything says a lot about the business l.

This was the absolute worst experience Iāve had at a Dunkin, and trust me when I say this, Iām a frequent customer. Just not at this store. I ordered on the app, my usual coffee, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Nothing crazy. I get there for my order, coffee was perfect, however my sandwich was not. They used the heels of the bread to make my sandwich, my whole sandwich was basically egg, Iāll attach pics. I asked for it to just be transferred over to full size bread and their response was āwe arenāt wasting our bread.ā So I paid full price for a full sized sandwich and didnāt even get the sandwich lol. Itās laughable honestly. But how would this employee feel had it been hers? Do better people. I also added a picture of what itās supposed to look like.
Horrible customer service today usually not that bad and the girl making my bagel touched it with her bare hands like just cuz your boss isn't there doesn't mean you don't have to follow health regulations ya nasty.

I went though the drive through last night, simple small coffee with cream, no sugar, no flavor. I received a small hot tea with cream and sugar. I went back through to ask for my coffee. When I got to the window and explained the situation, the lady at the window just said, āso? donāt you like it?ā and I was at a loss for words. I said no and asked for me coffee, she responded with a fine and went back to get my coffee. She came back with a 1/3 full cup of coffee, cream, and so much sugar it just sat at the bottom. I will not be returning to this location, I have given way too many chances. They need to hire people with more customer service skills and people who respect others.
