This is one of the places locals like me know and love. I eat at Jelly Beans often, usually for dinner. I get a delicious meal with some healthy sides. The experienced servers always deliver good service. The pot roast that is often the Thursday special is one of my favorite treats.

Came here to have lunch with a couple of friends after shopping. There was plenty of parking and we didn't wait to be seated.
The server was very nice and she was prompt with everything. I wasn't impressed with my food. I guess maybe it was my fault for not asking some question. I got a chicken Ceasar pita. It tasted more like a chicken speedie wrap made with a pita shell. I was anticipating it tasting it like chicken Ceasars salad. I can't eat onions and there were onions in the wrap. It didn't list them. I guess I should have asked, but I have never had onions in my chicken Ceasars salad. The fries could have been crisper. But then again maybe that is just my preference.
The restaurant is handicap accessible. They have tables and booths. The bathrooms are also handicap accessible.
They take cash, credit card or debit for payments. You take your bill to the cash register at the front of the building.

My spouse and I wanted a nice breakfast together and after leaving a local restaurant in Horseheads without ordering or even being seated we decided to come here! The google posting says they close at 8pm however when we got to the doors around 1:15 it states they close at 2pm. No biggie, it just must not be updated on google yet, but we wanted to make sure it was okay that we come in and order because it was close to closing time. We were greeted and told that it was perfectly fine for us to come in and order. All of the staff were extremely kind and attentive, even with it being relatively busy! Debby was serving us and she was so sweet and funny and made it feel like we were at a relative’s home! I remember coming here as a child and this was my first time back in years and knowing that it is still so inviting and amazing as I remember brings me so much joy! The staff at Jelly Beans really embody customer service and just genuine human kindness. I recommend Jelly Beans to anyone looking for great food, quality service, and an amazing atmosphere!

wanted sit down breakfast at a small business with my husband, had a rough time somewhere else and left before being sat.
came to Jelly Beans as we have never sat in there before. immediately greeted despite being busy. we came at 1:15ish and asked if that was too late as they close at 2. Debbie was amazing and made us feel so welcomed. got to admire how cute it is inside. staff all worked together and we got our food quickly and it was perfect. got to enjoy our breakfast. we did run a couple minutes over but Debbie and other staff out on the floor (also amazing) still checked on us and made sure we were good. we enjoyed our experience so much and it really has set the tone for a great day.
thank you so much to Jelly Beans for having us and giving us beyond top notch experience. it was what we wanted and more. will be returning. you guys are blessed to have the staff representing your business. again - shout out to Debbie and thanks for serving us!

Super cute little place that we found from other reviews. Our salads were good though the greens were a little brown and not as fresh as they could have been. The staff was awesome…friendly and quick with service and food delivery despite it being the busy lunchtime. If I’m passing through Watkins Glen again I would definitely return here.
