This is one of the places locals like me know and love. I eat at Jelly Beans often, usually for dinner. I get a delicious meal with some healthy sides. The experienced servers always deliver good service. The pot roast that is often the Thursday special is one of my favorite treats.
Came here to have lunch with a couple of friends after shopping. There was plenty of parking and we didn't wait to be seated.

My spouse and I wanted a nice breakfast together and after leaving a local restaurant in Horseheads without ordering or even being seated we decided to come here! The google posting says they close at 8pm however when we got to the doors around 1:15 it states they close at 2pm.
