I order through Uber eats and it would be nice if restaurant staff read what's on the order!! I ordered the regular chicken sandwich and got the spicy which honestly sucks! customer service is truly dead! some poor slob is also likely missing the large gravy because I didn't order any!

F bombs is unprofessional!! two coworkers...no three were fighting and arguing for a whole 10-15 mins f bombing and using the N word while I and another gentleman waited for our mobile orders. Where is they're manager or boss?!? they act like children. They all have attitude issues. I'm disgusted and probably never going there again. I wish they were wearing name tags or something would put they're names up here on my complaint. I didn't need to hear three workers having a debate about one not cleaning up after each other and doing all the work while the other just goes a smokes outside. This is so unprofessional!! I hope there manager or boss sees this. Check the cameras a little before 5pm and you'll see them fighting. This happened on May 23, 2015. at the Dover KFC near Safeway the store. Thank you!!!!

I have been there repeatedly. And they continue and continue and continue to not give me what I asked for.: I order extra crispy. They continuously give me regular. What the heck is so hard to understand about “extra crispy”?….. there must beibciou$ rea$on$ they aparantly (?) want to rip you off.
,… The mashed potatoes are heavily watered down and not at all the consistency of normal mashed potatoes.. You could eat the mashed potatoes with a straw they are so watered down!

Food was old, and cold! Asked for warm food, and still received cold food. The chicken seemed like it was refried leftovers. Very dry. Also if coming to this place in winter, wear extra warm layers. It was freezing!

My son and I visited the KFC on Judson road in Longview Texas today. Our visit was AMAZING like it should be. Prior visits to the same location were horrendous! The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!
The new Manager is very friendly and courteous. The staff were also very accommodating. We would highly recommend going to the above mentioned location for an outstanding experience! Thank you KFC for making chicken great again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My father and I walked through the front door, and was BLASTED in the face by the smell of disgusting, dirty feet. It smelled like a sweaty locker room. We immediately turned around and left. Dad was so offended by the stench, he called and complained. About 2 months later, Grandma and I gave it another shot. We walked in, same thing. Didn’t even make it to the counter before she said “oh no. Let’s go.”. This place needs to be shut down, it’s absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t eat there if they PAID me.

I have been doordashing on the side and I have done a few runs for this location. I had a pick-up Sunday 12-22-2024 for a rather large order. I just wanted to say the team that was working was doing an absolutely great job. I was very impressed with their communication and fluidity working together. I've been a chef and in kitchen management for years and while I dash I'm always watching the kitchen crew work while I wait for food and you had a great crew on that day! Those are works you invest in. I just want to let them know some took notice in their work.

For such a beautiful building why was it so filthy?! The lobby needed to be cleaned and mopped. Our feet literally stuck to the floor. I told the cashier a mop was needed and no one came out the 20 minutes we were there. The women's bathroom was filthy and did not look like it had been cleaned in days. The chicken was very dry. When we left, 3 employees were sitting on the counters by the drive thru with no customers. Management needs to be better. There was no reason for this at 1:30pm on a Sunday.
