They steal your money. I ordered online and cancelled the order. I called the 800 number and they tell you to put a claim in to get your refund. Well let’s just say I’m still waiting from the summer time and it’s now September. And their food really fell off that’s why they trying to give away a box of free chicken.

Never had an issue with my order or with the staff I come here to the Corning NY location occasionally. The last few times I walked out the door because it smells like Manure in the restaurant this has happened twice.

Unfortunately I had a long wait for my chicken, and the traffic pattern at this KFC is not exactly easy. Food was good when I eventually got it. Beautiful building, reminds me of a bucket.

Parking is plentiful unless people dining in ... Then maybe it's a tad difficult. But overall great food and atmosphere is great.
I order through Uber eats and it would be nice if restaurant staff read what's on the order!! I ordered the regular chicken sandwich and got the spicy which honestly sucks! customer service is truly dead! some poor slob is also likely missing the large gravy because I didn't order any!

F bombs is unprofessional!! two coworkers...no three were fighting and arguing for a whole 10-15 mins f bombing and using the N word while I and another gentleman waited for our mobile orders. Where is they're manager or boss?!? they act like children. They all have attitude issues. I'm disgusted and probably never going there again. I wish they were wearing name tags or something would put they're names up here on my complaint. I didn't need to hear three workers having a debate about one not cleaning up after each other and doing all the work while the other just goes a smokes outside. This is so unprofessional!! I hope there manager or boss sees this. Check the cameras a little before 5pm and you'll see them fighting. This happened on May 23, 2015. at the Dover KFC near Safeway the store. Thank you!!!!

Waited 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged.. then waited for my order,, while multiple people came in and received their food first.. prob took 20minutes just to walk out with an 8 piece and a side

Had to repeat order at the window for two #5's. I told the girl corn, she repeated coleslaw and I received mac n cheese. She asked me to pull off to the side & they'd bring out my order. We'll you guessed it, they forgot me!! I tried to call them and of course they didn't answer their phone. I finally got their attention and then my order - which was wrong. No dipping sauce & wrong sides!! I WON'T BE BACK!
