This place sucks the food was warm cold I ordered a 16 piece family meal that was 50 some dollars. The chicken tasted weird the corn was old o and they forgot to give us the 8 biscuits. No one was wareing hair net's and the sides was barely enough to feed 4 people. I won't be going there again the bad part is they weren't even busy there was only 1 other customer.

We had a long (25 minute) wait even though I ordered 1.5 hours ahead of time using the KFC app We did not get any of the fries that were on the order. Also when the asst mgr was asked for 10 plates. Said he could not give me that many. Very disappointed especially considering I ordered a 16 piece bucket and a 12 piece bucket.

The food was pretty good. Service was about the same. We arrived around 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I stopped into the restroom before ordering. And I was surprised at the condition of the restroom. If it had been later in the evening, I might understand, but I could not imagine enough people stopping in to cause the restroom from being in that condition.Parking: The way into the restaurant from the road is Completely circuitous and had us driving around a bit. I am sure the locals know about it, but anyone not from around there will likely have issues finding the parking lot.

I wouldn't know how anything inside is since trying to get into it is about the most difficult. You will not find entrances on E high street nor N Hamilton Street, you have to loop around the back streets and well by that time I no longer wanted to enter this establishment. If corporate sees low sales numbers, I bet this might be a reason especially to out of town travelers.Parking: Good luck finding how to get into parking lot.

This is supposed to a place that sells chicken and they didn't have chicken ready. This place is a real joke. I'm so glad they put a KFC in painted post that ya can't even get food at.

Went to drive thru ordered the $21.99 family bucket and a large fry came out to almost$40 when I spoke with the employee they told me the price was $29.99 I said ok and left. I went back a bit later and looked online. Sure enough there is the $21.99 bucket. They just up charged me and didn’t want to admit it. I will never shop here again and that’s hard to say as I love the food but I love not giving my hard earned money away more.

Don’t expect to ever get your food when the app tells you it’ll be ready. Walking in you get hit in the face with the smell of a farm, they don’t bother to even call when they don’t have the correct items to complete your order. When you tell them the name on the order they decided to look at the screen and miss pronounce your name even after telling what it is. This is the 2nd chance I’ve given this location since it has opened and honestly I’ll drive 30 mins in either direction to have a better experience.

Wow! What a beautiful looking pla e from the outside.....just don't go in. I have been their 2 times. Both times around dinner. Both times somewhat empty. I was the only person in line and the 2 people behind the counter looked flustered and uninterested in helping me. So after a 10 min wait and not even being acknowledged, I left. 2nd time, again 2 girls that looked over whelmed and exhausted and covered in sweat working behind the counter. We received our chicken and I brought it home. The chicken had ZERO FLAVOR. it tastes like flour. We didn't get all our sides. There are a couple other nit pickey things, but I don't have the room/time to write it. This place has gone down hilly guess and it's a shame they don't turn it around it should be closing soon. DO BETTER!!!
