We got 2 big macs and there was way too much big mac sauce on them which made it extremely hard to keep it together the eat and the last couple of bites of mine the bottom bun was mushy and it had an off taste.

I'm changing my review from one star to 5 stars because today my fiance and I came through the drive through (to my chagrin as I was sworn off this location due to Zach and his BS) and we had the SAME EXACT ISSUE my fiance ordered a double cheeseburger plain with an extra slice of cheese....

Ahhh too much of a wait for a hot coffee and cold coffee. Ordering directly would be better than kiosk I guess. When asked after 15 mins of wait, he said order has come, but he had not seen it yet.
