The old man terry who works there wanted to be rude to my sister inlaw over an expired coupon. Him and some old lady had to laugh at her and her kids about it being expired.& had to make sure the old lady he was friends with behind us knew about it. Hopefully old man retires. Sorry for your miserable life but leave good people alone! Will never come and see old man terry again!!!Kid-friendliness: I wouldnt assume being rude to a childs mother about an expired coupon in front of them would make you kid friendly. I didnt not like my nephews seeing their mother laughed at over not seeing a date...

Just wanted two drinks today no subs. Male young worker was very nice, and he was working alone. They only had medium sized fountain soda cups but no lids. Only lids for smaller or larger but didn't have those cups. Only 1 of the flavors in the 3 flavor iccee machine was working. Floor needed swept and tables were dirty. I was the only customer for the 15 min we sat with our drinks. The worker (guy) was nice but the dirty condition of tables/floors, lack of cups and broken slushie machine is a bit much.

Destiny is the best employee. I have received the best services till now at Subway I would say.Today I had really bad experience at another Subway and Destiny made our day with delicious Sub. Her smiling face and gratitude towards customer was the example of best employee.Also the guys was there, he was amazing person too. He changed his glows because we wanted veg sub.Thank you so much. I would definitely like to come back.

Truly regrettable. My steak terriaki sub somehow turned into a chicken terriaki salad and my daughter became ill after eating a Cali-fresh sub. Take your chances here. You'll certainly have a story to tell your friends.

I’ve been to a lot of subways throughout upstate NY, and this one has the least friendly and most under-trained staff out of them all.
Only one person there and she was on her first week. Didn’t even know what she was doing. Where is the management at. Ridiculous. 15 a hour and can’t do there jobs

Owner of this establishment is VERY rude and obviously has no prior experience in customer service. Never have i had a issue with this place until today when my food was messed up and I called about it! Owner told me I was basically lying she made them herself and makes no mistakes! Will NEVER spend my money here again. Took me getting rude back and offering to bring the food back to show her, her mistakes before she would try and fix the problem.
