(TFS) The Filling Station * Burger Works

This is my go-to spot when heading home from the city or hiking the long trail from Tallman State Park. The "Pile Up" is the best smash burger I've had to date. Fast service and ahout out to the dudes behind the grill. Cheers boys!

As soon as I walked in I saw someone with their pet dog in the place, and I walked out.
I thought this was against NYS sanitary laws (It was not a service dog).

I would not eat here.

Disgusting place !!! No gloves ? They don’t wash hands they touch your food with bare hands after they touch their face , hair .
Their bathroom worst !! You can’t even breathe in the bathroom !

Where is the health department???
Where is the town , they should be banned !

A chance stop on the way to Newark airport from Upstate New York. Really tasty burgers with a variety of cheeses, generous portions of delicious fries, and Mexican coke to boot. We were expecting nothing more than a convenient quick bite but we were very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended in its category.

Prettty good food but ridiculous prices for very small portions! Service was not the best either the young girl at the counter was slow and seemed distracted.
The portions were timy and very disappointing to say the least !!! But i did take out and didn't realize till I got to my destination and opened the bag...I was shocked as were my friends.

Love the vibe here. I will say I paid $9 for a Caesar salad and the box was smaller for my hand. I was shocked and the server gave me a large because she felt bad too, then told me her manager ran away LOL. The place is really cool but they need to manage their salad pricing.

We stopped for dinner at the Filling Station based off a google search for burgers ?. It was more than delicious. Best burgers and sweet potato fries I’ve ever eaten. This place will ruin your ability to find a better burger anywhere. It’s not fancy and we like it that way. Run, don’t walk to The Filling Station!

Burgers and fries are good but they seem to be getting smaller/expensier by the year. Boils my blood
