The young man working at the cash register told me that I didn't put a tip, and that's why he didn't charge it on my card. I told him that that's illegal, you can't force anyone to tip. Also, the guy who served me a plate of cheese and chorizo quesadilla didn't tell me that the plate was really hot, I almost burned my hands when I picked it up, and I also asked him why he didn't tell me before.

My husband and I went to Zapata's today for lunch/ dinner. Everything was delicious. I had a classic margarita so good and he had white sangria. Followed by the ceviche Zapata and for the main course lobster tail with fish fillet. For dessert we had tres leches cake and ice cream with cinnamon tortilla chips. Everything was outstanding from the food to the waiters to the staff. We even got complimentary cheese quesadillas while waiting for our main course. The atmosphere is so nice it reminds me of Mexico at Epcot.
We definitely will be going.back. I can highly recommend this to anyone who loves Mexican food.

I've visited this restaurant many times, and it's hands down the best place for Mexican dishes—better than even some resorts in Mexico! The drinks are not only generous with alcohol but also bursting with flavor. And the staff? They are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional! I highly recommend this spot for any occasion, from girls' nights out to family dinners. You won’t be disappointed!

Overpriced! The quality of food was not good. The plates were a smothered mess. Floutas: burnt ends, inedible. Rice: so overcooked, mushy Sangria: weak with too much juice. Steak was not cooked to order. Margaritas were made with a mix, as noted on the menu. Staff was attentive and friendly.

First time at Zapata and it was great!I went for lunch and I had the enchiladas and the chicken quesadillas as an appetizer.
