i just want to start by saying I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews of rude management at this location. so much to the point where i believe action should be taken before it is the downfall of this store. i showed up to this store at 7am 11/10/25 looking to try out the new bacon jam sandwich. this sandwich was advertised on the menu although i was told they did not have access to these sandwiches just yet. i do believe all dunkin’s were supposed to release this sandwich today and this was just a cause of lazy management. i am dissatisfied with my experience as i see many others have been as well. if the owner of this store has a shred of care for the customers it serves.. something should be done about management.

I wish I asked her name but the lady who took our order in Octiber 6/25 arround 3p.m was an absolute rude person I ever faced....first the speaker was not clear so we couldn't hear her so she got mad by that and told us yo pull in the next window without finishing placing our order....ok so I thought she will continue receiving our order in the next window just for her not even to care and when I asked her if there are cold drinks I can order....with a big ugly attitude she wasn't willing to tell us. I know this comment my not be helpful to the management if I don't have her name but if the management cares and train their customer service people POLITENESS will be awesome. I gave 2 stars cause of the location and the coffee is ok.

The staff here are always friendly, but unfortunately they almost never get our order right. Every larger order of more than 2 items is often missing or incorrect, which makes it frustrating even though the service is polite.

I don’t Normally stop at this location because my order never comes out correctly. I had to repeat my order multiple times and once I paid for it and they handed me the drink it was a completely different drink. I’ll just continue taking my business to another location
I just want to give a specific shout out to Charolette at this location. She is always friendly and inviting anytime me, my family & extended family go! She’s personable, awesome and the reason why I choose palmyras location specially! In this day, it’s rare to receive such stellar up-beat customer service :)!!!

Slowest Dunkin’ in eastern United States. I’m surprised the cashier at the drive-through window didn’t start saying “Byriiiiiinnnnnnn”
Parking: Usually, the drive-through is backed up to Route 31 causing even more chaos during the rush hour commute
