Last night I accidentally ordered to the wrong store for pick up. When arriving to the palmyra location where I thought my ordered was placed I was told it was ordered to the Fairport location. The guy that was helping me quickly and kindly offered to remake the order there to save me the drive. It was very appreciated. I stopped into Mark’s Pizzeria in Palmyra to grab food for my office, and I was blown away by the kindness and customer service. While I was there, an older man came in asking quietly if he could have a free slice because he was hungry and cold. Without hesitation, the young employee gave him two big slices and a drink. My heart! 😭❤️🙌🏻

Service was great, when i called ahead i was greeted with bubbly conversation with Tyler (?) and he even found the coupon i didn't know the exact code for.
Picked up the food hot and fresh out of the oven, and the tall (extremely energetic) young man working the front even hooked me up with an extra icing packet and dum-dum for my daughter. Hope to see him again when i return!
