Have heard good things about this place for several years so, when a friend and I were looking for a place to meet up near Palmyra, we thought we'd give Muddy Waters a try. Small cozy dining room overlooking the Canal was perfect atmosphere for conversation. We both ordered a breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll. It was as good as any I've had ever.
Stopped in here the morning after Halloween. It was sooooo charming! The owner was the cook and cashier. No table side service.
We split a delicious turkey, basil and Swiss cheese panini. It was delicious! Feel like $3 for a cup of coffee was steep but the sandwich was reasonably priced at $9.50, I think.
There is outside seating in warmer months as well. Decor is very charming...

It was my second time here, last time was about a year ago probably. Food was amazing. When I cashed out the owner said I was good luck because last time I came in it was busy too. I couldn't believe she remembered me. (I did order the same thing, sat in the same spot and put my headphones in and watched YouTube again, so, that might be why) excellent food, excellent people. Check it out
