Nice family feel restaurant ,Tom greeted us cause the waitress was running late.. he was so nice & the food was even better.. The Baked clams Oreganato were absolutely the best ever..the Entree Chicken Alla Romano was very tasty ( I wanted 2 drink the juice) .. and did I mention ... Tom can sing, and don't forget the PIANO PLAYER made the perfect atmosphere a great evening...& the cook comes out and makes sure all is well,WILL B BACK ...AGAIN.

We had ordered a pizza for take out as a treat after a long day. The service was fine but the food was really disappointing. Store bought pizza is a cut above what I picked up and brought home. I used to make pizzas at a pub and everyone always complimented on how good it was but this was really bad kinda like cardboard I am sorry to say. I had pizza here many years before that was delicious so I was really shocked on how this one turned out. I should have gone to Pizza Hut. ☹️

Another great evening at the Dead End Cafe. Amazing food, a warm and friendly host and staff. The food has always ranged from very good to great. The host/owner/singer brings life and meaning to every note, word, and phrase of old standards, broadway, film and opera. This is a place where guests of all ages can sit back, relax and savor a wonderful evening.

We had a wonderful meal Friday with our gracious host, Tom. Such a treat to hear him sing during our delicious dinner. Ambiance was perfect, great service by Shannon. We look forward to visiting again soon! Looking forward to eating on the deck, listening to the water, come warmer weather for sure!

Fantastic food, wonderful recipes, beautiful atmosphere. Don't judge Italian restaurants until you've eaten here - not everyone soaks their pasta until all it tastes like is wet bread!

The food and atmosphere were amazing! All for a great price! The owner himself sings Italian opera music while we eat and he stops by to greet each table. Food tasted great and we had an overall great dining experience here.

The Dead End Cafe had been closed since 2002 until it finally reopened in April 2017, and it's fantastic. Southern Italian inspired food at a verry reasonable price, as is the wine :). The owner and staff are incredibly hospitable, and will cater to all of your needs. Just one minute off of exit 98 on Route 17, it's definitely worth a stop!
