It was a outstanding burger, and great service. But the Chicken Francese was terrible, it had no flavor, and I am pretty sure that made us sick. It was pricy for being one hit and miss.

The food is always amazing me and my family have been going here for around 3 years the staff are really friendly and very efficient! The restaurant itself is very small considering the large group of people that it holds. But is always clean! Overall recommend.

Parking: Sometimes it is hard to find parking when crowded

Those of us that got burgers really liked them. Other than that though, everything was bad. Rude waitress. After coming in out of the rain they sat us in front of two air conditioners with two ceiling fans directly over our table. They got more rude after we complained about the temperature and instead of offering to move us to a different table they had the bartender counsel us on how expensive their mini split units cost.

Ridiculous. My husband was continually ignored when he came to pick up our carry out. He asked about a drink with the kids meal that was included on the menu and they said it only applies to dine in (not noted anywhere on the menu). Then after he brought the food to the car we realized there was no plasticware and no way to eat the salad on the go (we drove from another state). Nor was there ketchup for my child’s burger and fries. When I returned to ask for a plastic fork I was told they don’t have any. They never supply it because “everyone takes it home to eat it” and “everyone is local, no one from out of town orders carry out”. I was given the option to eat in restaurant but we had a set appointment, and thus the reason we ordered carry out. In all my life I have NEVER ordered from a restaurant that did not have any disposable utensils. And the kicker was they were so unapologetic about it, like I was the odd one requesting it and it was the norm to NOT have it on hand at the restaurant. They did give me a container with ketchup for my child, so there was that. But, my child, who will eat just about any hamburger, refused to eat it and said it was disgusting. I can’t speak to the quality of the salad because I had no way to eat it.

Food was good. The service at 230 pm on a non busy Sunday was horrific. It was hot and the server made minimal trips to our table. We took turns getting water, condiments, and even our drinks. We collectively agreed , especially after I saw a convenience fee, not to ever return…The server apologized for our numerous trips to the inside bar and should at least offered one complimentary drink. My family should not have been the servers.

The au poivre burger here is quite literally the best burger I've ever had. Very cozy, welcoming atmosphere. My kid loved the kid's cheese burger as well!
