I went out of my way to go here the other day because they still have Baskin Robins. Parking lot...um? Is confusing. Also, it looks like they got rid of all of their actual parking? So it's just a drive through? You have to go into the Chase parking lot to get into the Dunkin Parking lot. Staff was ok...could have been better

We started ordering and a lady with ginger /brunette braids was attending us and she kept forgeting the orders and when the food came she messed up a normal coffee for an iced coffee and a frozen chocolate for a small frozen coffee so I noticed what happened with the coffee so we got the normal coffee so then in the car I tasted the Frozen coffee nut it was too late to turn back.

Workers in drive thru need customer service training. They hand you back your change without looking at you and slam the window in your face. Please provide some adequate training for these workers. Also please get them to smile and say thank you and have a nice day.

The manager on shift (short Hispanic lady) said no she cant fill it up to the top because I asked for no ice. What sense that make ? Cheaper if I had bought a damn Red Bull instead lmfaoo

I’d love to give them no stars. I just pulled in around 1pm and walked into the store. There were no cars in the drive through and not a single soul in the store. I walked up to the counter and there was a gentlemen messing with the cash register, he didn’t bother to look up at me. Behind him were at least 3 other employees not doing anything. Not a single employee said “Hi welcome to Dunkin, we’ll be right with you” I stood there for 2 mins until the guy finally said someone will be with you shortly .. again without looking up from what he was doing. Finally one of the girls in the back came up to take my order. I worked in the food and service based jobs before and I can’t stand when people can’t bother to act like they want to be there. It’s funny that these are the people who want to raise minimum wage but not a single one of you can greet a costumer when they walk in? Terrible experience. Won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

I asked the woman at the counter if they used reusable cups, and she said yes. Then she proceeded to put my coffee in a plastic cup and pour it into my reusable cup. I asked why she would do that, and she said “we have to do it this way.” I said that was the point of a reusable cup is to not waste the plastic cup, and she gave me attitude. I understand if the company rules state they can’t use outside cups, that’s why I asked, but I’m very frustrated I was lied to.

Just stopped and picked up a cup of midnight dark roast. First sip the coffee is burned and bitter. Very disappointing. Had to throw it away immediately. Could not drink it. What a waste of three plus dollars.
