1st attitude of delivery driver. Walked away from me while having conversation with him about no contact delivery. He claims they all say no contact delivery but his manager told him to still make it a contact delivery.
2nd the preference is set for no contact delivery it said it on the app when I order and it says it on the labels on boxes. Yet every time they keep knocking on the door and waiting to someone sign for the order. Some of us in the house work nights and off shifts and this wakes up people in the house. This is unacceptable. Your driver's ignore this then why have this as an option if you do not follow no contact.
3rd the quality of this last order was sub par to say the least from the normal experience. Cheeseburger pizza was smaller then normal. Both pizzas had no flavor whatsoever. The whole order went into the trash. Highly dissatisfied is an understatement.
We all agree this is completely unacceptable and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Papa John’s is admittedly one of my favorite “cheat meals.” While arguably not “real pizza,” I have stopped many a times after work or a late night yoga class.Orders over the phone and online are simple. This is one of the few establishments that actually has your food hot and ready, when your told it’s going to be ready. And while I love a classic American pizzeria as much as the next gal, Papa John’s personal pizza is the perfect size and price for my budget.I’ve noticed that sometimes there’s an issue with staffing, but for the most part the staff are pleasant and efficient. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap comfort meal, Papa John’s isn’t a bad option.
