I have been disappointed with Sauro’s a lot lately. Prices are up and the quality is down. I’ve had 3 sandwiches over the last two months where the bread has not been fully cooked. Also, if I’m paying $9 for a sandwich, I expect there to be enough meat to cover the bread.I can’t say enough nice things about the staff, but the quality has diminished a lot over the last year! Management needs to up their game and maybe I’ll be back.

Called in a order and 3 people came in and order at the counter and got their order before me was told that they were working on it so never got my sandwiches after waiting 15mins and calling it in 15mins earlier
Great Service and Great Food!!!Ordered catering for a family party. We ordered sausage and peppers and chicken parm that everyone enjoyed and took leftovers to go..They also were able to accomadate our picky eaters with blending all the chunks together in the penne vodka!! We also ordered some amazing italian combo and chicken cutlet special sandwhiches! Everyone at the party complimented the food and asked where it was from, will definitely be ordering from Sauros again!

We used them for catering a lunch of about 60 people. All the food was fantastic. Hi quality and delicious. It was ready at the time that we requested and their staff helped us load everything in the car and were so nice! We will definitely be referring others to use them.
