Apparently they close at 10pm, but if you arrive at 9:40, the young employees claim they are close and already have everything put away and will not serve you do they can leave early. Terrible way to do business.

If I could give this location zero stars I would Waited inside for 5 minutes before staff member even came out to say hello Had a coupon that was mailed to me I live locally and they said it has to be a plain sandwich with one meat and one cheese not any other sandwiches and when I pointed tgat out to the server they said her boss will not allow anything else I explained and showed her the coupon saying it says it's allowed right here on the coupon that wS locally mailed to me and they still would not accept it What terrible customer service

Ordered $75 in subs for pick up. My bag was on the pick up shelf ready to go. No one greeted me or thanked me for my order. And my drink, a bottle of gatorade was not in the bag. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Horrible costumer service. I went in just before 8:30 to order a 6 inch sub and they were already closing up. I walked to the counter and the Hispanic guy named Jaysen was extremely rude, didn’t greet me and said “We close in 30 minutes, you can’t eat here and you can’t pay cash”. I told him I didn’t plan to eat there and he was extremely rude and rolled his eyes. I decided to just leave and called to get the managers name and he said “I am the manager you can tell me” I said I would like your managers name so I can contact him in regards to my recent experience”. He told me he didn’t have a manager and then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know when his manager would be there. I told him the call was being recorded as he continued to be extremely rude and he threatened to call the police on me for recording the call.

I ordered my food using the app around 11:50 and put it for pickup at 12:15pm. I get there at 12:20 and grab my sandwich and head back to my car. Take a bite and I’m instantly in pain from how hard my sandwich was. It was like a rock. I got back inside to get it remade and I’m mad and in pain, I’m asking them when it was made and the young lady couldn’t even understand what I was asking her. She tells me when I ordered it, that’s not what I wanted to know. I tell her it’s hard as a rock my mouth is throbbing in pain and she says it’s because it’s toasted. BS. Then proceed to tell her coworker in Spanish that I’m mad that it’s hard because it’s toasted. It’s not because it’s toasted it’s because it’s been sitting there for 20 minutes. Rude ash.
I can't believe 2 foot longs, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips came out to about 35 bucks. This particular subway doesn't accept promotions like 30% off or 6.99 deals. Every other subway I've been to accepts promos. The workers are ehhh and the food is ok but I won't go back.

This is my first horrible experience with subway The Spanish young man act like he couldn’t give more then 4 little jalapeños, I told him I’m pay for extra and he started to show me the measurements that he is aloud to give. Completely terrible I’m glad I don’t live near here
