I visited this Starbucks location while driving across the Thruway returning from a business trip. Unlike many Starbucks stores that are very busy, this location was terrible at handling the crowds. The personnel were very slow, and they didn't seem to care about pleasing anyone. I needed a receipt for my order, and the attendant who rang up my bill did not give me one. When I asked her if I could get a copy, she said the she had already thrown it away. I told again that I needed to get a copy, and she replied in a very child-like manner that she'd "have to shut down her register and go find a manager." (I never knew that was my fault.) After the manager returned from wherever she was spending her time, she (the employee) complained that I wanted my receipt, making it sound like it was my fault. They finally produced a copy for me, with more grumbling and just plain poor service. When I got my cup of coffee, it was in a dirty cup with black coffee dribbled down the outside. I took this over to the stand to get cream and sugar, only to find a dirty station with overflowing garbage and other people's sugar and creamer spilled across the top surface. This place had poor service, poor product, and poor maintenance. I very seldom assign a score of '1' to a restaurant, but this place deserves it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone for any reason. Find your coffee someplace else.
