By the way, this business would do great in the north Miami Beach, Aventura area, Florida

Definitely one of the best Chinese takeout in the area. They have lots of menu choices and online ordering. Food is consistently tasty and I find it to be much less greasy than many others in the area. Plaza has plenty of parking for pickup and staff is friendly. Prices are always on par with your average Chinese takeout as well. While I don't think they deliver it is well worth the drive for me.

Ordered the Chicken Pad Tai, smelt it, tasted the sauce and couldn’t eat it at all. Straight in the garbage and ordered from another place for dinner.

I have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant since moving here 2 years ago, and I am so happy to have found Kai's. The food is very fresh and delicious and not oily. My new go to.

This is the best Chinese around, hands down. I live in Dover and will skip the Chinese place up there and drive down to Kai's instead. The food is consistently good and the service is great. The staff are all very nice in person and they have always accommodated my special food requests. They also have some Thai options, which is amazing!

This is the best tasting, highest quality Chinese food I've ever eaten! It's better than any of the $50 dollar a plate sit-down Chinese restaurants I've eaten in. That includes several that I've eaten in in Chinatown, NYC. Plus, everyone there is very, very nice.

Their steamed white rice is so good and fragrant because they use jasmine rice. And might I add they have so much variety. Also they have many options for people with dietary restrictions like me (sensitivity to gluten and soy). Their spice levels are so good and it's perfect for a nice kick of heat and numbness. Great for spicy food lovers! The people in the front were so kind and patient while answering my questions and concerns. Food is reasonably priced for good portions!! Definitely a great hidden gem, coming back soon!!

im from the boroughs where the chinese food is un-matched. However i was surprised to see how delicious the food was from here. absolutely shocked to find great chinese food in this area, and it's right near me, which is a plus. The only thing i didnt like was that the fried dumplings i ordered seemed like they were steamed first and then fried, or maybe not fried enough, they were pretty soggy like steamed dumplings should be, not like how fried dumplings should be. Texture problem, but taste was 10 stars as well.

In this area, Kai is my favorite for take out. Always clean, food is fresh and tasty, wait time is short. Family owned business. I have great respect for them.

I asked for pork fried rice no veggies with my sesame chicken. I drove all the way home 30 minutes and my order was full of vegetables. Disappointed but everything else was good and the service was great just a minor mix up with my

I have been going here for many years. A couple of weeks ago I called for a takeout of 2 Szechuan wonton orders (10 wontons per order as per menu) & 2 of their Philly cheese steak fried rolls to go. I usually go in person to order; NEVER made orders over the phone. I picked up the order & when I got home there were ONLY 9 wontons in each container. At first, I thought an error...then the 2nd container had ONLY 9 wontons, I realize it was NO error but a RIP-OFF. Today, I ordered these wontons in person. I mentioned to them about the miscount of the wontons. She gave me 11 wontons; only ordered 1 order, tho. They owe me one....LOL Anyhow, had another issue with them today. I should have waited until their daughter was there to bring it up 'cause the daughter speaks English. I will NOT be back.

I used to love this place, but they changed owners or chef and the food is no longer the same. We couldn't eat it. The rice was hard and the vegetables and onions were huge. This the first time we have thrown an entire order away. I hope they change the chef but until then, we will not return.

What happened to the exception food??? It was always a treat to get takeout here, but NO more! Ribs use to be meaty and moist, now they are dry, burnt and far from edible. The other items ordered were far from the original quality that my family once enjoyed, and unfortunately it's time to find another Chinese takeout.
