Chicken was cooked in old oil and their clearly needs cleaning as every drink that comes out of it has a very nasty taste. I have been to this location a few times over the months and always get the same result. When I confronted the staff ( in a non confrontational manner) I was told this is how they operate and nothing could be done about it.

Chicken pieces are usually small, over cooked AND over priced , the pieces are so small , that they are CONSISTENTLY over fried, making the chicken hard and dried out.(Smaller pieces require SHORTER COOKING TIMES...do you hear me, KFC???)which makes for a poor product. Often, also, the frying oil tastes like it needs changing...it has a faint,rancid smell and taste.It's SOOO EASY to fix this issue! Someone...SOMEONE...HAS to resolve this simple problem...believe it when I say EASY!

This location of KFC price gouges. The advertised $5 KFC bowl is 6.50 here, but$5 in Carmel location. I bought a bucket and paid $57 just for a bucket of chicken and sides for 4. I was in shock, but was at the window already, so I paid it. A perfect example of taking advantage of people post covid. The worker told me it was because there was a chicken shortage and they weren't able to get chicken (BS)I will go to the Carmel location henceforth where the food is good, the people working there are nice, and the owner isn't driven by greed.
Food was terrible, not fresh, no spoons or napkins. How how are we supposed to eat match potatoes in Mac and cheese without spoons or napkins? Definitely will never return to this place ever again. 50 bucks to the trash

I placed an order at work for 20 employees who hit a goal. They each ordered something different and I called and spoke to the manager, Lilly, the day before to make sure they could accommodate. I had given her names and orders and when I came to pick up at the promised time, each person had their lunch in a bag with their name on it with utensils, sauce and napkins! They even helped me carry everything out to my car! I was happy with the process and the crew was happy to have something other than pizza or a wedge. I will be doing this again! Thanks to Lilly and your crew!
