Picked up an espresso blend a few days ago for my new Breville machine. I’m beyond happy I came here to pick up some coffee beans for my espresso rather than going to the grocery store and getting a big name brand. This coffee is high quality and tastes amazing. The owner was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love Pawling Coffee Roaster's coffee! Willie's cappuccino's are delicious! I have bought ground coffee from him and it is wonderful, so fresh and flavorful. My family and I especially like the Honey Roast and the Espresso Roast. Willie is so personable and knowledgeable about his coffee! A great place for that home town coffee shop feel! I highly recommend and will be going back for more!

His shop is adorable and he is incredibly warm and welcoming as well as super knowledgeable about his coffee process. We stumbled upon this gem while visiting Pawling Antiques round the corner and we are thrilled we did!The owner was super sweet and friendly and his young son working with his dad was adorable! The place was busy when we entered but we were still made to feel special and didn't wait long. We plan on coming back regularly as it was a special small local business with a kind owner. Oh yeah...did I mention the coffee was AMAZING??!!! Got the Braziliian blend (I like it bold) and the flavor was fantastic! They even have a room in the back to enjoy a bite or sit and sip. Excellent coffee. Tried some bourbon barrel aged coffee which was great.. brewed some of the dark roast Colombian at home... it was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Willy is super knowledgeable about coffee and really knows his craft. He is extremely friendly and always has a positive attitude. Small batch roasting. He can literally roast any type of coffee you want to the specific level. Always the perfect cup. Cold brew is the best I've ever had.

Conversation with the owner just makes my day. My daughter and I bought some decaffeinated coffee recently and Willie, the owner reviewed how he roasts the beans to perfection. My daughter was in awe. Then we also had some yummy flan made by a local. Great place and vibe. Delicious coffee.
