best cup of coffee I've had from a coffee shop in a long time. Willie is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, and it comes through in each cup from the first to last sip.
I absolutely love Pawling Coffee Roaster's coffee! Willie's cappuccino's are delicious! I have bought ground coffee from him and it is wonderful, so fresh and flavorful. My family and I especially like the Honey Roast and the Espresso Roast. Willie is so personable and knowledgeable about his coffee! A great place for that home town coffee shop feel! I highly recommend and will be going back for more!
