Amazing beer and exceptional service, Sword was attentive and helped my party with whatever they asked. We ordered the Viking War Feast and it was incredible! So much food and it was delicious.
Can we talk about the owner for a bit? He is legitimately the sweetest most attentive person I have ever met. Our group of four, stumbled at Defient brewing co. on a Friday in Memorial Day weekend, and the owner was the most attentive, sweetest host imaginable. The beer was fresh, crisp and undoubtedly delicious. We’re from Connecticut, but we’ll be visit soon for sure! One-thousand percent recommend! Love this place! ❤️
Good craft beer. Brew master/owner is usually there and has excellent back stories regarding the business, his beers, and his passion.While you are there, order a NY style pie from Russo's Pizza.Go there! Atmosphere is fun!
