I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable! We were able to use all the games at the brewery, and we were even able to play Terminator 2 on the projector which was a major bonus. The staff...
I don’t know what happened to this place. My wife and family have been coming for YEARS this place has memories for us they even catered our engagement party because it’s where i first met my in-laws and got turned onto real beer but… despite the rumors I’ve heard lately, still came here and needed to give them a shot. Only 4 beers on tap, from a brewery on LDW and it was 2 sours, a west coast IPA and a seltzer is inexcusable. They have staple beers and i came tonight...

I remember coming here a few years ago and there was a wide range of choices. I went today and about 6 months ago, and neither was all that great. Today there were I think six choices on tap - an IPA, a hefeweizen, a kolsch, a pale ale, a sour and a lager. I am an IPA person and the IPA was decent. We have been to a dozen breweries in this area, and this now stands out (repeatedly) as having the fewest choices. It makes it not...
