The restaurant itself needs a complete update. It has an old, dirty diner feel to it. The bathrooms are terrible also. The quality of the food is much better than the diner itself looks, though. Good omelets, grilled cheese, burgers, tuna melts, etc. The fries are good too, although not sure what kind of oil they use. I would love to see them update the atmosphere so I could give it a better rating. We often don't choose this as the place to eat because the establishment...

I've lived in Rockland since 1980, pearl river the past 4 years and have never been to Greenstar. So sorry I haven't found them earlier. The atmosphere was comfortable. The hanging plants, the lime green pai t on the walls, the seating ...the large dining room window that peaks into the florist shop next door....all set the time for what was to come. Our server was very polite and attentive, the busboy gracious and on point. I ordered the Harvest Salad w a mango pineapple...

Had a corned beef Reuben sandwich it was okay only two slices of corned beef. I ate all the fries and I was still hungry. Will try their other food at a later date and update this post
